The owner speaks a little German, no English and no Spanish. I thought she named the place Casa Patrizia for a reason. ;)
We stayed on the 2nd floor. Spacious, good sized kitchen, and a pretty nice bathroom. Only downside? The box springs or mattresses in the bedroom closest to the kitchen sloped into the center of the bed. If you like that it's great, but it would be nice to have a choice not to gravitate toward the center of the bed. Also, the shower curtains don't extend the length of the tub, so you're left showering in kind of weird and strategic way.
Other than that, the lady said we had to pay in cash, which we learned later was wrong - kind of shady. She said she didn't speak English and only a bit of German because she was from Hungary... oh well.
To end on a good note, the wi-fi is amazing! read more
