The two brothers made sure we were well taken care of and the entire staff was exceptional. The decor was great as well. The castle is absolutely gorgeous! This is a must-do in the area. The medieval meal was a lot of fun, what I can remember. They had entertainment to include fire breathers. They had swords you could play with for fun photo ops. They food was great! It came with a bread bowl soup, wild boar pasta, pork shank and a lemon curd pastry.

The bath had a barrel vaulted ceiling and gold foil walls with a deluxe five point shower. The king bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely courtyard-side room with vaulted ceilings covered in fresco paintings. Great cappuccinos. Charming to say the least.
