The location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from Puebla's historic downtown, surrounded by shops, restaurants, malls, bars, museums, as well as main communication routes and public transportation services. As for the staff service: impeccable! Everybody was so nice and helpful. All in all I had a great experience staying here, for which I would definitely come back, and recommend this hotel to any visitor.

It is far enough away from the hustle of central square yet close enough to walk to it. Perhaps, only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is tastefully decorated--the whole place exudes an early 20th century Mexican ambience. It is cozy, well-kept, and the rooms are stunning. The bedding was extremely comfortable and plush, and the showers were rustic yet functional and simple. I would highly recommend paying a little extra to obtain a room with a window--these rooms are bigger and have much more natural light. The hotel itself has no restaurant, but it has a very cute bar with a large variety of drinks available. I think what really makes this hotel stand out--in addition to the decor and rooms--is the staff. They really go out of their way to be helpful. I had been having a lot of difficulties getting a package mailed to me and the staff helped me plan getting the package even though it was arriving after I check-out. They found me a reasonable international courier and volunteered to put the order in to have it shipped to me. It is really hard to find this level of attention at big hotels or resorts. Above this, the staff always seem to go out of their way to help out and ensure guests have a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this unique hotel!

The hotel was located on the Plazuela de los Sapos right in the centre of Puebla and our room and bathroom were palatial and modern. The technology did take a little getting used to - everything is controlled by a little tablet. We loved everything - the location on the Plazuela Los Sapos, the enormous marble bathroom with rain shower and Japanese toilet, comfortable king bed and cute little balcony overlooking the square. There's also a lovely pool and bar on the rooftop terrace. The staff are very friendly and although they have limited English, they do try to help you.

Staff is warm, inviting and gracious. The two year old hotel shines like a new copper penny. Two restaurants on site, independent from the hotel are quality operations. I booked the presidential suite... 14 FT ceilings, 5 french type doors opening to walk out balconies, soaking tub... rain shower.... fancy toliet that bathes you :-).... awesome TV with great music channels... everything operated by ipad.... took a day to get used to it. Roof with heated pool, jaccuzzi, garden, bar and restaurant is nothing short of fabulous. Leo ... a true master of hospitality made memories for us when my family joined me there for an afternoon swim fiesta. Location is prime... it overlooks a large courtyard that hosts an antiques street market on the weekends. Only issue was ice the first night... independent restaurants locked up and no access to an ice machine. I had to go to the convienence market accross the street. Hotel should have it's own ice machine. I will return..... I highly reccomend this property.

Very secure , beautiful pool, delicious restaurant (breakfast included) and don't have enough words to say how much we appreciate the staff that made my family feel like home. The Food/Resturant service was amazing aswell with alot of options of well treated food, we booked 3 night with them snd when we checked out, they gave us a Beautiful flower pot with atlixo finest flowers! This place is very clean, with a super friendly and professional staff, and great views of the zocalo and city center. The side of the hotel is still under construction, but there were hardly any construction related noise. Good price for the view and the service. They include breakfast, which was delicious. Highly recommend!
