Went to CasaBlanca Spa for a birthday treat and enjoyed myself. The spa was nice and quiet, and had a private pool (not heated), a relaxing room, and a steam room. I had a facial and Swedish massage. both services went well and I felt very relaxed and pampered. Unfortunately I was unknowingly allergic to a product use during my facial and had dermatitis for a couple days afterwards which was a bummer. overall the experience was okay, not the greatest I've been to but they have the basics. Don't expect anything super extravagant here. Also steam rooms are co-ed so be aware if you're not comfy with that sort of thing. The staff were kind and attentive, and I think prices were reasonable as well. read more

This is my first time visiting their spa and having to walk from the hotel around the pool all the way to the back that was the first thing that I wasn't impressed with and then I know this hotel is older and it's been there for quite a while and it's quite obvious that upgrades are definitely needed as the front area it's decent. The relaxation room felt like a dentist or just any office area sitting not much to it the steam room extremely old everything's done in tile in there that absolutely needs to be upgraded. They did have some nice complementary waters. There are three different kinds. That was really a nice touch. The masseuse room was just average but my masseuse Sheri was phenomenal hundred percent recommending if you can get her as your masseuse, you will not be disappointed. They offer a small pool that you can enjoy, which is heated. I didn't have time for that going back into the locker rooms again upgrades definitely needed bigger disappointment went to take a shower all three showers had nothing but cold water coming out of them I don't know what was going on that day, but it was awful. After showering, they do offer the amenities of lotions hairdryers other amenities you're also giving a robe and shower slippers when you arrive with the key to your locker. I'm under the understanding that renovations are coming, which will be fantastic. I look forward to returning when they are done. I'm hoping that they find a way to connect to the hotel to the spa maybe with a covered walkway because even leaving at night it's dark out there and there's no security around so I don't think that's a very safe situation and if it's extremely windy or raining out and walking out in the elements, I don't see how that's relaxation in anyway. Again, I look forward to returning once all renovations are done and doing another review. read more

Karla gave me the most amazing Swedish massage! I felt so good afterwards! She made me feel comfortable right away. She verified that the pressure was ok a couple of different times. Talking to her was easy and comfortable. We used the spa pool area which was worth the peace and quiet from the main pool area however main pool was cooler water than the spa pool. Cooler water in the heat would be nicer. I will be coming back when passing through on our way to Utah. read more

It's been about 8+ years since our last visit to the Casablanca Spa. We had a wonderful spa experience. You access the Spa through the pool area, so it's a nice walk poolside to get there. Once inside, the space is welcoming with nice displays of products and merch in the check-in area. The check-in staff were friendly, some more than others. They give you your robe, slippers, and locker. They have a Eucalyptus Steam Room and small outdoor pool that is heated, all of which is included with your spa service. You have access to the area for the full day. They also have a menu with food and drinks. The locker room is a nice and clean with showers with personal amenities/products you can use. The Relaxation Room is a quiet space with water, tea, and fruit (very simple display). This is where the therapists call you for your appointment. I booked a Swedish Massage and my BF had a Deep Tissue Massage, both 80 minutes. My BF said that Raven was great and he enjoyed his massage. My therapist was Sandy and my massage was fabulous. Sandy is very friendly but didn't talk more than needed when trying to enjoy a massage. She is definitely experienced and transitions to each part of the body smoothly. I said that I prefer deeper pressure massage and she delivered. The massage room was very soothing and I liked the lighting in the room, although my eyes were closed the majority of the time. I am so grateful that I was paired with Raven. She immediately noticed I wasn't feeling my best, got me some juice, and helped me get my sugar back on track. Raven made me feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. Not only was the massage amazing, but the conversation and her genuine care truly stood out. Great deal an quality service. I opted for the CasaBlanca Trio treatment which was a body salt scrub, wrap and a long massage. Sheri was VERY good. The advertisement was a bit misleading online because it showed someone receiving a facial with that treatment menu item. No facial but very satisfied with the treatment anyways. You get to lounge around their private pool and get to use the eucalyptus steam room on your spa day which was Devine. For $200 it was the best spa deal I have ever had. read more

I have not had a bad experience here ever! I've been coming here for about 5 or 6 years and I love it! The atmosphere is so nice, it's very peaceful and relaxing. Today I had the one hour reflexology and my only compliant was that it went by too fast. I usually add the reflexology to my massage, my friend surprised me with this today! I wasn't expecting to even have a massage on this getaway. The pool is so nice when you want a quiet relaxing space, no kids, loud music or hubbub like at the resort pool (which I also love). First time visiting the spa here and it did not disappoint. It feels so luxurious but cozy at the same time. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. I got the European facial with a scalp massage and collagen mask. The products left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Their amenities are nice- relaxation room is stocked with infused water and an assortment of teas and materials to read, the steam room was incredible. Nice soft fluffy robes and slippers to use, showers and the different pools. Everything was clean and comfortable. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I was staying in Mesquite at a different, nearby hotel and decided I really wanted a facial. Really weird because I have only had one facial in my entire life, but I rolled with the feeling. I looked up spas in the area and found Casablanca right away. When I saw that they offered Reflexology (never had a formal session, but was craving a new kind of detox), AND for both hands and feet as well as a Euro Facial, I was sold on getting both of those services done. Casablanca was by far the most expensive ($75 -- Euro facial + $85 Reflexology for hands and feet) compared to other spas in the area but I could not find any other spot that offered both the euro facial and reflexology AND that were able to squeeze me in that day (Thursday afternoon, non holiday, Superbowl weekend). Ah, c'est la vie. That's the nice thing about resorts -- they usually got availability. I called the resort and was transferred to the salon. They were able to get me in within a few hours, back to back with the facial then the reflexology. YAY! Plus, they said I was able to use the wading pool after my services. Double YAY! Easy drive, easy parking. The spa was not so easy to find. I had to ask a couple different people along the way where to find it. It's out behind the pool area which is not easily spotted because there is a pool water installation right in front of it. No big deal. Probably best that it was away from the resort so it didn't smell like cigs! Lobby was open and clean. Front desk people were helpful. Nice enough, but all a little monotone. I signed a waiver, then I was shown to the ladies locker room, given a locker key for free, a soft robe and clean, slip-on sandals. The locker room was quiet, and I was lucky to have it to myself most of the time. I was then directed to the waiting room where my esthetician was going to come get me when she was ready. It's a low-lit room with comfy couches and tiny, iced water bottles. I think there was a water fixture in there for even more relaxation effects. All the chairs face the middle of the room, so it was a little awkward facing an elderly couple in silence as we all waited to be picked up. My esthetician got me from the waiting room within 5-10mins, and she communicated very well throughout the whole facial process. I didn't really feel like she wanted to be there, but the facial was excellent. My face felt amazing, and it caused me to want to commit to monthly facials from here on out. I waited in the waiting room again for maybe 5mins, then was taken back for my reflexology for both my hands and feet. The gentleman who did my reflexology was very friendly and talkative. I had read about what to expect (possible pain) and was actually hoping that it would be a very deep, detoxifying experience, but I ended up feeling like it was a Swedish version massage for just my hands and feet. I didn't really feel like pressure points were worked despite me saying that I was looking for a deep tissue/legit detox. The hand portion was very quick, so I would not recommend getting this package since it's much more expensive. I had a little over an hour before the spa closed after my sessions, so I chose to pay up front first then to head to the wading pools for as long as possible. This made all of this absolutely worth it as I've been looking to soak for as long as the COVID has everything shutdown (with no luck before this!) No one else was out there until the end of my hour and a half session out in the water. I had THE BEST time floating around, switching from the small to the big pool and playing in the water"fall". Overall, this was a great experience! The prices are pretty damn high for the "meh" reflexology session, but I realize this is really all due to convenience. I would possibly visit again, especially if I was looking to book same-day. read more

The Spa & Salon at Casablanca Casino is wonderful! Prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly! Been coming here for about 3 years and always find it clean, comfortable and relaxing! Upon purchasing any spa services you get all day access to the facilities. They have an indoor relaxation room with water, tea and fruit. An outdoor mineral pool(s) which is like bath water - amazing! There is also a nice steam room. They have several massage people on staff, but you do need to call ahead and make reservations as they can get busy. When you check in they will issue you a plush robe and key for a locker. The locker rooms have showers, and are always kept clean. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing- makes you want to spend the whole day lounging around in he robe eating fruit and sipping on flavored water. Needed a break from the Vegas grind so me and my gal stayed at the casino and had a Spa Day. Ordered the "couples" massage and facial but due to covid, we had to be in separate rooms. Yolanda did my facial and Kim P did my massage. Both were amazing and when I go back, I will be asking for them by name. Afterwards we went out to the pool and made a day of it. Usually they have more comfortable seating in the chill room but again, due to covid, they needed to replace it with pool furniture so they could pray it down. Not their fault. Blame the Governor.
