From head to feet, every muscle will feel better and any knot or sore area will be better. I love my feet being massaged and few therapists are as good as Lilly. She's so thorough and will also stretch you. She doesn't speak English..(just a little) but all you need to tell her if she's applying too much pressure. I love deep tissue but sometimes i like less.
