Even though I've had less than stellar results from this carwash, I went today to try and get some of the road grime off of the car at least. I paid, the car ahead of me looked like it got washed completely, the green light came on, but the wash mechanism seemed to be stuck in the far position. I drove in, and long story short, it never worked. There was a car behind me who saw my maneuvering and smartly drove away. I came back around and it was ready to take the next person's money. Not sure why this place can't get a decent machine but they did get a new one. And it's better than before, but in no way is it good. Even did the " premium" wash - $14 - and back end is dirty as ever. Wet but dirty. Don't think there was any soap at all. Do, that's it. I give up on this place. Drive thru is not working. I went through the process and nothing happened. I tried calling the number found online and it is disconnected. I hope it did not charge me. I am so sad that this car wash is sitting here but not working. This is the second time in a month I came by to give it a try as it's the only automated wash in the area. It used to take a credit card but nothing happens now. I've used this car wash gif many years in the past and it did a decent job of getting my car clean. The station is unstaffed, and the change machine took my dollar bill, made whirring noises, and gave me two quarters in return. The "out of order" light was not lit, and there was no posted information for how to contact management to report malfunctions or request refunds. Lame. read more

Wow! What an improvement!! The Cascade Car Wash has been there forever and the equipment had seen better days. We've experienced closures and half done car washes in the automatic side. NOW there is a change! They updated the equipment and the difference is HUGE!!! The coverage is complete. The water pressure is impressive. My car was sparkling. I am going to the courthouse and open a small claim suit against the owner. The rotary brushes started grinding the dirt into my car without rinsing the dirt of first and the rotary brushes would not move for at least ten seconds before moving at all. this is his Premium wash. I scratched my finish to where it will need to go to a body shop to be professionally buffed to remove the damage. it will probably cost the owner around $1000.00. He will pay. Gave one star because I can't give none. Used the dollar changer and only got $0.50 cents change for a dollar. Thought it might be a fluke so I tried another, still $0.50 for a dollar.
