The interior was already in very good condition--it mainly needed a thorough vacuuming, the seats wiped down, and the dash, doors, and trim cleaned. I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

The vacuum cleaners are in really bad shape. In fact the whole establishment is in really bad shape. Not to mention it's not in the safest place in town. It's possible that you could go and get change leaving your car unattended and somebody can creep up and take something from you and you'll never know. They need a new establishment for washing cars in this town. We now go over to Hood River. But even that is costly now.(Bridge toll) We really need a new car wash or they just need to close this one.

Splash Express is by far the worst automatic car wash that I've used in several years though. The staff is friendly enough but the actual wash tunnel does not even begin to come close to cleaning your car. There were at least 3 or 4 of the brushes that didn't even touch my car on the right side. I'm used to a little dirt left over on my side mirrors and maybe a little dead center on the back of the car but this was terrible. I had leftover dirt on almost every panel and I say almost because I think that the roof was actually clean. I even ponied up the $20 for their best offered wash and this is what I get for my money? No thank you! They do offer free vacuums after your wash but they might want to stop that because it gives the customer time to see how dirty their car still is. I can't even say that if I had gone through multiple times that it would get any better. Do yourself a favor and wash your car at home. The investment is much lower and the job should get done right.

United Car Wash in Lake Oswego is a much better alternative at a similar price
