Accountability was so bad that when an appointment was finally scheduled and agreed too, the owner didn't show up and the facility she wanted to meet at didn't allow riding lessons on their property. When we arrived to ask about lessons, we were met by a woman who was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of answering our questions or pointing us in the right direction, she told us to "get off her private property" in a very unkind manner. We completely understand that businesses need to set boundaries and respect their private space, but there is a much kinder and more professional way to communicate with potential customers. First impressions matter, and sadly this one made us feel very unwelcome. If you're looking for a friendly and approachable environment for riding lessons, you may want to look elsewhere.
