Went in to change the coverage on my truck and they dropped the coverage on my bike without being told to do so. So I rode around for two months with no insurance without my knowledge. Almost every time I call nobody answers. If you leave a message don't expect a return call. I canceled all my policies with them. Well at least I thought I did until I noticed they auto drafted my bank account for the month following the termination date. I will never ever ever go through Brett Younce again.
