The card was also a custom size which was making finding someone who could help harder. Then I remembered seeing a printers on Burdett Road so looked them up and gave them a call. Whoop they could help me! I dropped by with my artwork and card pretty much there and then. There was a formatting issue with my artwork which was resolved and hey presto my cards were printed and I was super pleased. The turn around was fantastic, I highly recommend them.

The logo was fine but we had issues accessing final format files and no response from their 24/7 customer helpline. After a month of back and forth the stationary finally had the correct information but the website was still showing simple errors such as incorrect information after repeated revision requests including annotated screenshots of their work highlighting the issues. By this point we were forced to create our own website using 123 reg as we had started trading. No response to email enquiries, 24/7 care line goes to answer machine, all samples provided by Ingic are screenshots so I cant comment on functionality of the website. Not worth the hassle, unless you require a particularly complex website, use a builder most domain hosting services offer them. If you must go with a design agency, please do your homework and preferably go local. This has been nothing but a headache. We have requested a refund for inadequate services but after three days there has been no response, so now will begin court proceedings in four days.
