complete liars. alice carrothers is a criminal and should be barred from practicing in nys. i won…read moremy case through them however, i had to do the fighting myself. the defense counsel committed perjury towards my case and alice demanded i not include carrothers name on the complaint or she was withdrawing from my claim . so i did it on my own and nys bar association made the defense attorney rewrite the statement. either this would of affected my outcome. but the judge got to see the dishonest attorney and made case won with flying colors. when it came time for a section 32 settlement. i got the minimum offer. because i made minimum wage my case had no value to the high and mighty alice carrothers. i was previously represented by rebecca simser who left the firm because....... just guess.. rebecca was good and communicative but wasn't there in the critical time. alice took rebecca's case loads and decided which ones were of value. because i made minimum wage i was of no value. the whole firm is liars bowing down to a tirant like alice. anyone seeking me out ill back in documents. dont waste your time shop around. i wish i had. the rating should be minus 5 stars

We used Todd's office for a home closure signing. We never dealt with Todd directly, but instead,…read moreAndrea was our point of contact. It was often extremely difficult to reach her. She'd call, we would call back within 1 minute and the lines would be busy for hours. We'd leave messages and not get timely responses. We set a boundary with Andrea that email works great and she did respect it after asking; however, her reasoning was they were very busy. So were we and it was a very self-centered response. We always responded as soon as anything was requested. The day before closing, she called first, I called her back and the lines were busy within 30 seconds, then she sent an email at 439p (they close at 4p) stating if they don't hear a response by 9a, we would have to close at some unknown later date. If the office is that busy, either get more staff or get an answering service, but it made a situation stressful when it didn't have to be. Todd did call and left a message to check on us after that interaction and it was appreciated, but hindsight, Andrea's responses were not professional. At the end, all was completed and thorough, but it didn't have to be this disjointed and she really needs to work on her delivery. Google reviews tend to lend to this has been an ongoing issue for them.

The law office got paid from my house sale and I didn't and the office didn't bother to make sure I got my check for over a week going into two weeks and wanted to evict me out of my own home that I wasn't paid for and this is the female piece of nothing that supposed to have my back as a client and for that reason I don't recommend this law office to anyone. The seller's lawyer said I should stay at my house with my babies until I got my money to move and also apologize for my inconvenience and that wasn't even my lawyer.
