During breakfast and dinner, servers came by frequently to check up on us, we never had to wait for coffee, etc. The concierge was equally friendly and helpful. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location for exploring Ortijia. Right across the street from the street market, and not far from all the other typical tourist destinations, it's a hard place to beat. And a multi-floor room? With two bathrooms? Marble floors & staircase? Outstanding. Corner rooms feature a tub next to the bed too.
