Tyler and team helped me build out a commercial kitchen in a 130-year-old space with uneven floors and exposed brick walls which came with a lot of complexity and very specific, nuanced requirements. From start to finish they gave thoughtful consideration to how the kitchen would function day-to-day, while also caring just as much about how everything would look in the finished space. The work was exceptionally clean, the copper lines are genuinely stunning, and the overall execution is both highly functional and beautifully done. Bonus points: they were also incredibly conscientious of the surrounding space and took care to protect existing finishes like floors and paint throughout the process, which did not go unnoticed. **Beware of Hidden Fees and Poor Service** Tyler Case is a smooth talker but falls short on delivery. He charged me $200 per hour for a septic pump replacement plus 50% markup on the pump on a troubleshooting job that was clearly beyond his expertise. Despite billing me $6,000, he never fixed the problem which was not the pump but the leech field and completely misdiagnosed the issue. Be prepared to pay much more than you expect, as he tends to milk the job for as much as he can. His overconfidence is concerning, especially when he should have walked away from a job he wasn't qualified to handle in entirety. I do not recommend using Case for anything related to septic services. read more

I had a general contractor remodel my house in Bonners Ferry. He hired Case Plumbing. My contractor had to finish up some of the work for free that they had contracted to perform. When I moved in, a basement mud sink was left unattached to the wall in the worst place jammed up to a door. They sent out Lucas to move & attach it then tried to stick me with another bill. They showed up and did a reasonable job. They charged me for an apprentice at $55/hr. Not what I was expecting but they made it seem like it was matter of fact. We had a plumbing "emergency" at our home when the cold water handle would not shut off the cold water on a Sunday morning. I pushed the button on the shower head to stop the water from flowing, and called several plumbers Monday morning. No one was available Sunday. I called Case Plumbing Monday morning and Tyler Case told me that he was booked for the day but would try to fit me in to his schedule. He was as good as his word! He showed up in the early afternoon, was able to fix the problem, and even though he had to crawl under the house to find the water shut-off valve was so pleasant. My shower handles are now working and we are scheduled to get Case Plumbing back to work on getting a shut-off valve inside the house! Have a plumbing problem? Case Plumbing is the company to call. Thanks to Tyler for sending out Lucas who did an amazing job who had to work hours to fix our clogged sink(Yuck). The cost of $100 an hour is always hard to stomach but we felt he fixed the problem so we won't have to them call back, or another plumber on this problem again. Lucas was very respectful of our home, and we enjoyed his company as he worked hard to solve the issue. I needed someone who could possibly replace a nasty, outdated and bad do-it-yourselfer plumbing job in a 50 year old mobile home that is a Summer "cabin", and has constantly been a nightmare to open up every season. He arrived before his estimated time, and finished up in a very short time, replacing everything from the front to the back with PEX. I had received a quote from another plumber recently, estimating anywhere between $850-1200 for the same job which I was charged about $350 for.
