Freschi came in and fixed the several patches on the concrete part of our driveway (using rebar!) and put in a beautiful asphalt "apron". We have had so many compliments from neighbors "now your place really does look like an estate", etc.! Freschi's team is professional, honest and has integrity and they were wonderful in communicating the various steps to expect throughout the whole process (from Shirley in the office to the team on site). We chose them because previously, we had them put in a beautiful rock retaining wall and repair some other sections of our concrete driveway that were in need of repair. The porch, walkway, and side steps had wrought iron posts and pink tile that besides being hideous were slippery. Our driveway is enormous and had big cracks and no drainage, and water would pool towards our house when it would rain. Additionally, any crevice the previous owner could pour concrete into he did. This is a long-winded way of saying, this was a big project. While Neighborhood Builders wasn't the cheapest quote, we wanted experts that were going to do the job right, and that is Anthony and his team. Anthony got the quote to me quick. We had a lot of companies come out and most don't even bother to send a quote. This project became a pretty epic because of issues that could not have been foreseen. Anthony and his team tackled each problem with expertise, were upfront, and were able to solve them for us. Since Anthony is a general contractor, he was able to resolve all the problems we encountered. In addition to the concrete work, they put new siding in the front. They also were able to do some electrical work and installed outdoor plugs, a light, and doorbell. The concrete walkway, porch, and driveway are beautiful and functional. This was tested when we just had that 200 year storm (in October 2021). All the drainage worked perfectly, and we had no water pooling. Our house is completely transformed. I love it so much! If I had to choose again I would definitely go with Neighborhood Builders, and will definitely be using them for future projects.

So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete.
