Wow, absolutely worth every penny!! I had a 16yr old Speeding Ticket turned Warrant in Massachusetts & needed it taken care of legally but I'm a stay at home father with a 4month old & a 2yr old, both baby boys. So my wife is a nurse & works long hours so during the week I'm with the babies from 5:30am-9pm because child care here in Commifornia is $2,100-$2,600 a month for 1 child. So there was no way I could leave California to fly up to MA district court & turn myself in to stay in jail till I get a court date to hopefully get it taken care of, while paying for childcare for 2 babies so that my wife can keep her job. Which is where hiring Ryan Caselden came into being the best decision I made for my particular situation. He got my 16yr old speeding ticket turned Warrant CANCELED, as long as I paid my original 16yr old fine of $100 dollars!! I thought it was gonna be way worse. So he paid it & case dismissed, all in 1 week. Then at my request he Triple checked for me with that district courts clerk it was officially canceled & dismissed & transmitted to MA DCJIS. He gets all the court docket papers and everything, signed by the court clerk, Like I'm gonna keep saying throughout this review is, he is thorough & persistent & detailed. So 1st thing first is, right off the bat he is straight forward & very easy to talk to. A veteran who served our country & just an all around good person to interact with. He also knows his sh*t, on many levels & will leave you with a sense of confidence in getting your personal situation handled not only fast, but in most cases he gets even better outcomes then you originally anticipated. He needs all information pertaining to your case in a timely manner, because he formulates a strategic masterpiece of a plan in which he lays out in front of the judge. & after a long day, judges are fed up with Attorneys dragging things out with no plan wasting time & with no plan judges are left to dish out what ever sentence they feel like on a whim. But not Ryan Caselden. He comes in the court room like a boss & lays out his wants & needs as to what he'd like to see happen or a possible outcome in favor of ur best interest & judges like to see cases move by in an optimized fashion, & Ryan does exactly that with a logical & rational delivery & gets things done. He's known in courts around Massachusetts. He is very thorough & detailed in his approach & only benefits you when he's going to bat for you. & trust me, you want him in your corner when your legal worries arise. Which is why I gave him 5-Stars. I'd give him 100 if it let me! & that's just based of pure observation & results. Also to address the hater below, the only person who gave a bad review. Now it's not that I'm against reviews that give a reasonable point of view on why they gave it a negative review, but if you read it, it's hilarious as he was mad that he paid his fee to get his case handled, & was mad that Ryan got it taken care of at lighting speed, which is what you want when stuck in a law stressing situation. So he got an awesome outcome for you at break neck speeds & ur mad so you thought it was fit to give him low stars??? Hmmm, seems bassakwards. Would you rather him get it handled perfectly & just not tell you it's already been handled for a year or so? Would it have made you feel like you got more of your money's worth if it took longer? Craziness I tell you :) Which is why I say he's worth every penny because you get what you pay for, & in Ryan's Case, he's the best. His prices have come down over the years, So if your serious about handling your court stuff in a timely manner, look no further. Our son got a speeding ticket while having his Junior Operator's License. When he came home after the ticket he told me that he wasn't speeding. I thought we should just pay the ticket not realizing that he would lose his license for 90 days, have to take several online classes -one for Road Rage (ridiculous) and then wait and extended period of time before he could take the driver's test again (both written and a road test)! Turning 18 would not make the ticket go away. The punishment for the infraction is draconian. I found Attorney Ryan Caselden online and we are so happy that we retained him.
