It's now the beginning…read moreof May, I was upset that I was not told that if they leave these huge mounds of wood shavings from the root grinding it would take years to decompose. They also should have only left what was necessary for the hole to be filled in and a bit for settling, not huge mounds that make the yard look like skiing humps. I called and was given promises week after week that they'd come and pick it up. I ended up handling it all myself, but when I did, I uncovered hidden under the shavings stumps are above ground level sticking out. Additionally, the diesel fuel that they spelt and were aware of and said that they'd come back and fix it along with the oil spill in my driveway from their truck. They never came back to eradicate the damages, so I was left to do my best to do it myself. In the meantime, I now have on a tarp under my carport dirt that was dug up and now remains a 4' round 4 foot deep hole in my front yard at the front door. I don't know if I even got all the contaminated soil out. They've been kindly notified of this, but it goes on deaf ears. So I tried to put a claim through their insurance company because they carry insurance and they themselves blocked it from going through because they didn't want to pay their deductible! So why the heck do you even have insurance? It's really quite a shame because they were very personable, fun, decent guys, so I thought. I'm really very disappointed in them. I had arranged for the cleaning because I was returning to town for my father's funeral and will have guests staying with me, so it was important for the home to be properly prepared. Given the condition I found it in, this was quite upsetting and added stress during an already difficult time. When I contacted her (today after returning home), I was told that "everybody makes mistakes and overlooks things and that was what included in my $185 cleaning was minor dusting, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms and doors. She was here for three hours and I just feel that my money was not well spent. Because of this experience, I will not be using your services again, and I will not be recommending your business to others.

The owner came out and yelled at his wife and told her to leave and go to her event, pointed at the other employee and told him to go inside and do his job, and then turned and pointed at me, a female, and told me I could come back another day and get my camper. Let's just say it went down hill from there! How the owner acted was very unprofessional and we will NEVER use them again! If you own a business and have employees who work for you, then you need to double check behind them to make sure the job is done correctly! When you don't then you are responsible for fixing the mistake even if it's after hours!
