Several key areas that I expected to be cleaned were not addressed, including dusting the furniture and crown molding, and the glass patio doors were not cleaned at all. I had arranged for the cleaning because I was returning to town for my father's funeral and will have guests staying with me, so it was important for the home to be properly prepared. Given the condition I found it in, this was quite upsetting and added stress during an already difficult time. When I contacted her (today after returning home), I was told that "everybody makes mistakes and overlooks things and that was what included in my $185 cleaning was minor dusting, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms and doors. She was here for three hours and I just feel that my money was not well spent. Because of this experience, I will not be using your services again, and I will not be recommending your business to others.

I had bought them used. Once I got them into the van they stunk so bad I couldn't put them in my house. So they were sitting in the garage. I had explained the nicotine damage and disgusting residue that was on these pieces of furniture. She took all that into consideration and recommended me to her son, AJ. She said I could call him right away. Even on a Sunday? Yes, no problem. AJ was considerate and understanding and was able to work with my schedule to get me in within a week.
