Prospective clients should exercise extreme caution and review my hardcoded regulatory tracking metrics before transferring any advanced retainer capital to this practice: Retroactive Hourly Fee Fabrication: This firm executed a signed Engagement Letter that completely omitted any hourly fee disclosures for attorneys or paralegals. Despite the contract being a flat-fee hybrid framework of $6500 and only being hired for pre-litigation which failed before it started, the firm retroactively invented unauthorized hourly rates after termination to absorb my escrow funds. Unlawful Clerical Padding: The firm attempted to bill thousands of dollars in premium legal rates for routine secretarial overhead (file indexing and data-entry). This includes charging for database monitoring on dates when internal emails prove the staff was locked out of the secure federal portal, and incredibly, billing a premium fee for an automated, server-generated out-of-office reply. Post-Termination Overcharges: The firm's itemized statement explicitly documents multiple billing entries logged days after their representation authority was formally revoked via a time-stamped certified termination notice. Because this firm has withheld thousands of dollars in unearned client trust capital, formal regulatory enforcement actions are currently active, served, and tracking against Managing Partner Helen M. Daniel and Attorney Kathryn Y. Williams under the following official dockets: State Bar of Texas Disciplinary Case Number: 202606780 (Active Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel Investigation) Louisiana State Bar Association ADR Case No. 2026-050 (Formal Lawyer Fee Dispute Arbitration Program) Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (LADB) Registry Tracker (Physical Evidence Payload Delivered via USPS Certified Mail) I am fully prepared to prosecute these matters through formal Zoom arbitration panels and state supreme court trust account audits to ensure consumer protection and professional accountability. Retain this firm at your own financial and administrative risk.

These attorneys took thousands of dollars from me and then unceremoniously dropped the case. They…read moreare more concerned about retainer fees than actually winning a case for their client. They were very unprofessional and lack clarity when representing their client. As a veteran, I have an attorney that worked pro-bono and fought for my benefits. They cannot say the same. I would RUN from this firm "if" you have any hopes of success with your case! Good Luck to you if you retain them!
