We opted for the $11 flight and received a healthy sized glass of each of the eight offerings. I enjoyed the Strawberry Melon Wheat and my husband liked the Loop Valley Lager and PB Porter. The flight was an economical way to sample the brews. A BBQ Food truck was parked out front and it was doing a brisk business with bar patrons. Our pork bbq nachos were a great compliment to our brew flight. We enjoyed our stop in Holdrege.

It's almost like cartoon pizza the way it stretches when you pull a slice, but the best thing about it is how well it's bonded to everything else. It doesn't slide off leaving you with a sad floppy piece of dough. Everything we tried was just amazing. The cheese sticks, the strawberry kolaches and cinnamon rolls, I don't know how they do it but they do everything incredibly right. The service was also very friendly and welcoming.
