I can see the kitchen and it was unkemp with food on the floor and disgusting - they made the order while I was waiting and didn't get what I ordered at all. Always one of my favorite places to eat. It is always fast service even when the line is backed up (yes, it'll take some time if it's all the way backed up, but they do move that line at a great pace). Otherwise, their ingredients are fresh, tasty, and not a whole lot of filler (soy/dairy). I stopped in last night. I travel a lot for work and had been to a QDoba once before. A long time ago. I went in around 8:30 and it was after the rush. My service was incredible! Love the franchise! The food is prepared home made which is awesome to know. I love the fact that you can see them preparing the food right in front of you (If you look past the person helping you). Pros: Putting on whatever you want; the fast service, fast service, free drink if your a student, great location and many different options to choose from! Cons: Chips are a tad too salty, cheese can be blandish at times (queso), high calorie foods and I wish they had A&W Rootbeer soda. Has been a while since last here. Beth and myself in today for lunch. She had a salad of some kind and was real good she said. Looked very good. I originally ordered 3 tacos. After seeing their small size, I changed order to a burrito and took the toppings off the previous made tacos. My burrito was excellent. Mexico Coke here also, which I prefer. Usually love Qdoba, but this last time it was disappointing. The quality of the food is still good, but the quantity seems like it's been cut in half. They barely put any rice or beans on my naked burrito. I asked for more beans and they maybe put five more beans on. Rice and beans are not high cost items. They should not skimp on these. I came in at about 5 pm for an early supper on my way home (I live an hour away) and the food was good, but when I got home, I realized I left my jacket at the restaurant. I called the restaurant as soon as possible, and they not only offered to ship the jacket to my house, but they offered to foot the bill for shipment.
