The cashier called "Ashley" whom i assume to be the manager from the back... who came to the front....explained what had transpired, and asked for the exchange.... I was told they won't exchange them... it "messes up the count"... I stated just give me my money back and I would go elsewhere.... "we don't refund" all sales final....... and literally walked off!!!!! So, basically the store can screw up !!!! take your money !! and you have to be fine with it!!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A SHELL STATION THAT IS OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!!! I do however plan to get the owners name and phone number and launch a complaint!!!! I called, and they verified they have diesel and then gave me easier directions to get there. The coffee is very good. They have snacks and some pre-made sandwiches. The lot looks trashy, but it is because the homeless hang out there and drop their trash everywhere. Inside is clean. And the homeless don't bother the customers.
