Hands down the worst place to bank.. I am closing on my house today and they won't let help me wire…read morethe money over the phone & insist that I come in to do it. However, you must make an appointment to go in the lobby. My closing is at 10am and they don't open until 9am. I tried to do it online last night and it would not let me and I went to do it after work yesterday and they close at 4pm. The lady on the phone acted like she could care less & basically blamed me for their lack of availability. Stay away if you want any customer service.

I have tried many different banks for personal and business though out the years but Republic is the best. They give the personal service on a small bank while having the clout of a large bank. I think their online banking is one of the best I have tried. They never charge me fees for simple services like cashing a check or using the ATM. My checking account doesn't charge any fees either. I recommend them for any of your banking needs.
