The only way they recognize you if you walk to their station, no greeting what's so ever. When I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, I just waked up to the station and the lady was sitting back on her phone and told me go to the other lady on side of her, and that customer representative was not so happy to assist me. While trying complete forms and go through with the loan process, I received back talk and attitude through out the whole process. They argued back and forth with me. Talking about how I don't have money and being total assholes. All 4 of the 5 representative were screaming back and forth with me like they didn't have a title to with hold, being a customer representative. THE WORST!!!

It was an easy process to meet with one of the bankers and get that setup, also was easy to close it out eventually! Their hours could be longer for convenience but we just make it work.
