Monica with this office was not clear and complete with information and in fact was not complete in collection of information from me prior to the policy. In fact, it was with help from my local agent that I became concerned about the policy issued through Janelle Tessier's office with Monica as the go-to there. When it was determined that the policy issued would not be honored and not valid, Monica tried to pin the problem on me. Despite her mistakes and lack of collecting what I found out was needed information, she tried to pass this on me but then quickly wanted me to know that she could help write other policies for my parents. This office was more concerned with securing other business despite the stressful and uninsured situation that they created with their lack of attention, knowledge, and care to the existing client. With so many agents in cities, I would avoid this agent's office.
