OK if you're a buyer, not at all good if you're a seller. We all know how pawn shops work, and quite honestly, you should expect to get less than what your items are worth. But I was shocked at my most recent experience here. I came in with a flat screen and a 2016 model hp laptop. At first, the owner didn't want to accept my tv at all because it was a few years old (understandable) but he later offered me $75 total if I sold him my lap top as well.. otherwise maybe $50 for the laptop alone. I have a new mac so I didn't care much about getting less than the laptop was worth but 75 for both?! Insulting. I looked at the prices for the stuff here and he sells everything at a reasonable price so for someone looking for electronics (if you don't mind having any sort of warranty).. that's up to you to buy here or not. But, I would recommend cutting out the middle man and sticking to ebay or craigslist to sell your electronics. Pfft. read more

I had a great experiece here. they gave me more for my gold than anywhere else. Had to travel to Grand Rapids to help take care of my aunts things when she died. This pawn shop gave us the most for her gold jewelery and a few other things than anywhere else we went. We went to like 3 different places. They guy working there was really helpful and didn't make us feel like he was trying to rip us off. Would definitely take stuff here again if I lived in Michigan. read more

i was lucky i found this store it s a hidden gem in grand rapids they paid me the most for my gold unlike the other rip offs trying to rob me. i also recently sold my old flat screen and got 150 $$$ the other shops offered me 25$$ read more
