After almost 3 years, it has survived in its original quality EXCEPT from ONE crack that even the protector couldn't save it from. The protector itself, just fell off my phone after getting all bubbly for a long time. However, even though I registered my product, they LOST my account so I had to reregister it. Luckily I kept my email confirming registration. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human. The bot on their website is absolutely frustating and just cycles the same responses. When I finally found a number, I waited 32 minutes to talk to him and he was the rudest, most impatient and unkind person. I called him out because I thought perhaps I could speak to someone who is not having a bad day but I guess that's what they accept as customer service. Finally after 1 hour, and after insisting he sees my account and asking ME "what should we do?" because I couldn't access my account, he then admits he was looking at the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! No apologies. So apparently they had a system change in July of 2023 and so I guess they LOST my account which already had a product registered. Luckily, I could still register my product as they claim there is no expiration date to register. And so I'm waiting for my replacement. I hope that the quality has not deteriorated. I will update as needed. I also got a new phone and purchased a Zagg screen protector but because of their delayed shipping, it's still stuck in another state which is where I was when I ordered. I am stuck with the problem of how to get the screen protector to me. :( Very unpleasant experience and if the protectors that I'm getting suck, I will never get one again.

Within 5 days it was significantly cracking and chipping at the top. I went to the website to register it, so that I could then request a warranty replacement, and it didn't give me an option to register an "Glass Elite +", just a "Glass Elite". So I registered it as a Glass Elite, then when I went to fill out the warranty form to replace it, the form offered me an 'upgrade' to a Glass Elite + for $15! Arghhh. There is no customer service phone # published on their website, and the chat constantly says live chat is busy and not available, so you get virtual chat that really can't answer any questions that you can't easily find answers to on the website. To add insult to injury, I did order the only replacement that isn't an upcharge (regular Glass Elite), and I'm being charged $9.99 for shipping. They say it will arrive in 5-7 business days but based on these other comments I'm wondering if I'll ever get it. One can only hope. I would throw the thing away and go get another brand that can get replaced locally, but I'm mad that I paid $50 for the product and it only lasted for 5 days, so I'm being a little stubborn about this.

Service cost to send two techs out and one hour minimum charge after they arrive and additional costs if they blame it on me. I did not EVER tell anyone that I would have someone adjust it on my own at no cost. Your service manager is as you trained very condescending to my wife and then to me as if we are stupid!!!!!! The only thing I did say that if you did come out to see how it was wrongly installed it then should be no charge to me and of course that was a no. I then offered to pay if your in the area to do a 15 Minute stop at anytime convenient and was told no also and again told of the charges that it would be to do anything even though it was installed wrong as the photo I sent you. Based on my experience, that did not result in clearer explanations or transparency--instead, it appeared to work against me. They attempted to downgrade the quality of the metal I brought in without providing any proof, testing results, or documentation to support their claim. No explanation was offered beyond their word. I was intentionally kept in the dark until the very end of the process. Only after my profile was fully created and I was fingerprinted was I told what they intended to pay. As a new customer, this felt especially misleading and calculated. Even more concerning, I was given three different weights for the same material. The weight I was verbally told in the scale room did not match the weight printed on the receipt and was short by approximately one pound, with no explanation for the discrepancy. Because of these issues, I requested my material back and took it to West Side Metal & Iron, where it was confirmed that the metal was exactly what I originally stated and not the lower-grade material this business claimed it was. That confirmation made their earlier claims appear deceptive. They also fail to disclose critical payment restrictions upfront. Customers--especially new ones--are not informed that payouts are capped at $25 per day. Any higher balance requires returning later or waiting for a check to be mailed, which can take 4-7 business days. This information is withheld until after the transaction is already in progress. If you are a first-time customer or do not have extensive knowledge of scrap materials, be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, this business appears to take advantage of inexperience through withheld information, inconsistent weights, and questionable grading.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone. They had one in stock and were able to replace it in just…read moreover an hour. I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!
