My wife visited alone the first time to get an idea for what options were available, and get some pricing information. My wife came home with tons of information, and was very impressed with the level of service that she received during the 60+ minutes that she was in the store. The sales person she was dealing with, Jerene, was super helpful, and even communicated promptly through email many times to answer questions my wife had. When she had narrowed down her selection we visited Jensen's together, and talked with Jerene for probably an hour. We talked about how we could incorporate parts of her current ring into the new ring. She discussed stone options, and never tried to push us outside of the budget we had given her to work in. It isn't very often that you go to an establishment these days, where the sales people are looking to do what is best for the customer, and not what is best for their wallets. Jerene was wonderful in making sure that we got the ring that was exactly what we wanted. An amazing experience, thanks to the wonderful service we received during our visits.

The pricing is fair and there is free parking. There is street parking for free and a free parking lot to the right of the building. The only downfall is that they close at 2pm on Saturdays.
