Worst cash loan place ever. I was fresh onto disability and needed a loan. So I got a loan and yes I faulted my first month because disability made a mistake and I didn't get enough. So I talked to collections and talked to the store and made arrangements to pay next pay date. Both agreed. The day before I get my cheque and the assigned day they took the money out of my account. So I went into my email andnoticed a email from the store stating to call them they were trying to call me. The same day they took it. I called the store and they denied they had anything to do with it that's collections and I said I arranged to pay you today though so why would u take it if you have a arrangement. The manager said "that doesn't matter a arrangement means nothing." She also stated collections was the one who took the money. So I talked to them once again and they said they have the arrangements and that the store took the money and she agreed the whole point in making payment arrangements is to pay thus the arrangement. The workers and the management are complete idiots and its the worst cashmaxx out there. read more
