Renewing a car insurance can be as stressful as going to the dentist, for me anyways. There's a lot of information to go over. Unfortunately, the last time I came here, there was no customer service at all. The consultant helping me was really rude and not helpful in answering questions. I believe a customer has the right to full privacy when shopping and not having companies peeping over their purchase statements.
