Let's get down to it! Yesterday online, I stumbled across Cash Plus since I needed a payday loan. Just $150 to get cat food & a few households items. I do have a payday loan elsewhere, but isn't due until next week. I applied for the loan & this morning, I wake up to get a denial because I have "Unsupported Income Type!" Now I was like WTF is this?! So earlier I called, 2:45pm, & the clerk basically told me because I'm a Caregiver, they don't see it as my job & it's they're policy to deny me because of it! I tried to explain nicely to her that yes ma'am this is a job, I earn income & then she rudely interrupts me, refusing to give me her name & kept saying no it's not a job, go somewhere else ...TF! CAN'T BELIEVE these assholes discriminated against me because I'm a caregiver! Telling me it's not a job? I have been caring for my mom over 20+ years & been a paid caregiver for 13 years this month! I saved my mom's life numerous times! Only family I got & all I'm trying to do is get $150! I work at home & enjoy what I do....IT IS A FKING JOB!! This is a first & I will let my union know this as well! I think a lawsuit against this place should suffice to put them in check! I'm the right one today! I don't fn get it! I am almost NEVER rude to ANYONE when seeking some type of retail service! Most of the time NOT even AFTER I'm shown rude & ugliness in their attitudes, tones of voice & facial expressions! So I just said forget those ugly broads! (I'm referring to their attitudes but they were both pretty UNattractive on the outside too! :/ Lol.) & I drove my car, literally running on fumes & had NO $, to this place on Chapman & prospect JUST to get good customer service! Solely due to the other chicks on Tustin St. right before Palmyra. They DEF had NO place or reason to be so mean & ugly towards me & CLEARLY don't know what giving good customer service really means! This lady working here, was very friendly & didn't show any signs that she had an ugly heart! :) She was very pleasant & kind & ACTUALLY smiled most of the time I was there!
