I didn't even have close to that money in my account. Now they added overdraft fees and are threatening to put it on my credit report. I've been with my other bank for 13 years and never once had this problem. I am very careful not to ever overdraft. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

I rushed to…read moreapply right away with my normal bank, Wells Fargo, I was quick to learn they were not accepting PPP applications, I hurried over to try to apply with my secondary bank, Chase...they were only accepting applications if you had a business account, I only had 3 credit cards, a personal checking, and personal savings, but that wasn't enough. BOA, was my 3rd bank and once again shut down. The 3 biggest banks left me hanging when I needed them the most. I was personally referred to Citizens Bank by a colleague. He put me in touch with Sam Nunn and his team. They were really responsive and sent over what they needed from me. I acquired all of the paperwork and emailed it over. Within a few days Sam had responded requesting a few changes and a few extra documents. After receiving those items, I was approved! I'm sure Sam thought I was crazy as I was filled with joy and excitement! He handed me off to Jannis Laird to finalize the paperwork. She was lightning fast with her responses and I got all the paperwork signed, notarized, and sent over night to their physical branch. She confirmed receipt and helped me set up my online account. Within hours my account was funded! This is the way I wished the big banks would treat their customers. But I realized because of this Pandemic, if you want to be treated like a human being, you need to work with human beings. The people at Citizens have given me hope that there are still good people out there working at banks. I know this review was very long but I want the team here to know how much they mean to me. Because of them I'll be able to retain all of my staff and hopefully get through this craziness.

He advised them from the beginning that he was not able to sell in the state of California because he was there, but he said he would look at the products. My parents visited it often. He never tried to sell them when they were visiting in Texas and I admired that I come from a sales background, and I know how valuable time is. I also was most attracted to his sincerity, honesty, and later on when I was able to put some Investments together he's the first one I thought of. He has a number of my Investments and he's been very patient with me when I have forgotten how some of them work to explain it to me every single year every time I called. He'd come in to the office with his partner, Eddie and explain to me again one specific Investment that I have finally taken advantage of it had a rider on it. It's a little bit of extra $ each year as I take it in one swell swoop. It's one of my vacation funds. The only reason I came to this location is that the one close to me on Bell Street was closed…read morerecently. But I like my banking lady Sarah so much I was willing to follow her to the new location. She always helps me so much and is very personable. The only reason I took away one star is that I'm mad at them that they have closed all but two locations in town. That makes it much less convenient to bank here. It also means that the two branches that are left are crazy busy so that it takes longer to be served although I had no problem since I had an appointment.

HORRIBLE BANK!!! I just open a bank account and submit a…read moredeposit on Friday, February 11th, and guess what they put my shit on hold! I needed the funds available to pay bills and now I'm receiving late fees on credit cards payments, mortgage, lost services to phone, and almost lost my water bill. So I appreciate the services that Wells Fargo does provide to their customers and I will be by tomorrow to closed the damn account and pull the funds that have been held for 10 days. However, please advised the Auto Loan Department that their pending deposit is on hold since today is the due date but you wanna mess up with my account.
