Plus the elimination of a small diseased Bay tree. I called Young's Tree Service as a new customer. From my initial meeting with Shawn Young the owner, I was confident that they were very competent. They are licensed and insured and Shawn's wife is a certified arborist. The two man crew arrived at 8 am the very next morning and got right to work. They were very competent and answered whatever questions I had and verified with me the scope of work and whether I approved of the way they were trimming. They had all the required tools and equipment for the job. My wife and I are very happy with the work completed and feel we were charged fairly. I went outside and found a large tree limbs on the roof of the house. Not from that area I went to Yelp to find a tree removal service. It was around 6pm when I called them. They answered the phone and said they would get back to me if they could come out that night. They called me back and said they would be there in 15 minutes to look at the job! They were professional gave us a very reasonable estimate and contract and said they would be back in the morning. They showed up in the morning removed the branches from the house and trimmed back additional future problem branches. As stated in other reviews the clean up was excellent.
