This is not going to be a normal review as my husband's birthday party was not normal, it was a HUGE success and all because I chose the right company and the right people to host this event. I want to show my gratitude and thankfulness to all professional workers, especially Alan and Robbie who I just met as within moments made me feel incredibly respected, appreciated and heard. Nothing but love. I spoke to Alan on the phone whom inspired me, that this kind of event is possible for my husband's birthday party, even a smaller event planning and made the cost reasonable. The gentlemen who came to set up the equipment were helpful and professional in every way. My husband nor many of my guest did not even know I had planned this event for his party, which made it even more special and boy was he in for a wonderful surprise. The equipment tables were real and authentic, of those you see in the Casinos'. They roped off sections for the guests inviting them into a red-carpet event of fun and entertainment. They accommodated me in every way. Let me say that again if I may, they accommodated me in every way to lead my party event with respect and dignity. They asked me how I would like my party to go, freely gave suggestions and tips when I asked from past parties that allowed me to make the best decision for the evening. And my decision was entrusting Alan and Robbie to lead the event in their talents gifts and abilities. A wealth of offering of themselves in accommodating service of professionalism, compassionate care for all. This just wasn't about hosting an event, this was about offering themselves in promoting a fun filled night to help make it a success which exceeding my expectations. The moment I met Alan and Robbie, I knew what an excellent choice I had made. The love connection was already spoken for. There is no money involved but gifts I supplied to my guest that made the evening more a success. Robbie and Alan took care of all the work in raffling tickets and passing out the prizes, as one of the prize we snuck in as a gag gift. Great sport to my friend who played along with Alans' gift of comical speaking skills engaging the crowd, and Robbie's help of hype in bantering in fun taunts and silliness. What partnership between the two. As I played music, almost too loud at times, we sang, people danced and even a "YEE HAW" was yelled at the prompting of Alan on the mic. The black jack table and roulette game worked best for my party, as some didn't even sit down for a minute to stop in the fun, with "fun money cards", prizes won throughout the night, comical taunts to the guests and husband, all was well received in good humor. Thank you again, to Alan and Robbie who made my small birthday party for my husband a great success and memory that will last forever. Your company brought my family and friends joy, laughter, fellowship with one another, dancing, singing, and a memory of love that you can't put a price on. True Wealth my friends, is something that can't be bought. And they delivered. As one who "Sees" true wealth in the world and true riches from God's Kingdom perspective, this can never be duplicated nor copied. Here are the facts. Hired for December 2024 office holiday party. Paid the first invoice by check mid-October. Sent my contact an email in November REQUESTING the second invoice so we could get the check processed (their contract says checks need to be received five days prior to event). Sent a second email request and got the second invoice four days before my event. I received a call from Alan THREE HOURS before the start of the party stating he needed the final payment. I explained the events and he said he was sorry, but he would need a credit card payment now or he couldn't guarantee that the dealers would show up as they are W-9 employees. He also stated he was sorry that I didn't get the invoice earlier, but it was a busy time for them and any other month it wouldn't be a problem. I ended up having to put THOUSANDS of dollars on my personal credit card. Alan promised that I would receive an email receipt that night. It took a week and six emails/calls to get it. They charged me the administrative fee for using a credit card, which I did not think was right since this was their error, it was refunded when I sent proof of the email that I sent back in November requesting the invoice. He then has the nerve to ask me for a review and taken directly from his email, "We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of your overall experience." Well, here's my review. Do not use this company if you expect honest and professional treatment. We booked them and paid a deposit in February. We asked them to visit the venue to make sure it would work. They said it wasn't necessary but to send pictures / video the area, which we did. Two days before the event (our company's 15th anniversary party) and AFTER we made the final payment, they told us that the space would not work and asked US to come up with another location. IN TWO DAYS! The owner admitted that it was their mistake after seeing the documentation proving that they accepted the location months earlier. But he told us he would not give us a full refund. However, he did promise to return a large portion of it within 7 to 10 business days. (Not acceptable but at least I would have something - we are out thousands of dollars!) t has been over a month and I have contacted them at least four times and Alan (the owner) has not responded. I even offered to work with him if he was having financial problems. At this point I have to consider it theft. read more

They are not even worth one star. We had them for a company party and absolutely nothing went correct. They showed up 2 hrs late, they brought the wrong games, only half the dealers showed up so we couldn't even play the games they brought, there was no pit boss so I had to manage the event. What is worse is they promised a refund over a month ago and never gave it. They are now refusing to respond. They are disorganized and very unprofessional. I can't rave how horribly the event went and how poorly they handled everything. I had to explain what went wrong 3 times to 3 different people, one of them being Alan the owner, and still nothing could get done. Stay away from this company. read more

We hired Casino Party Experts for our Company Casino Royale Party. The communication with Alan and Robbie during the planning of this event was great and the event decorations that they provided were wonderful as well! Due to COVID restrictions we had to reschedule the party twice. Both times I contacted them regarding the reschedule they were able to accommodate us and were very flexible considering the circumstances of the time. The delivery and setup was on time and completed on schedule and the pickup clean up was done efficiently as well. The dealers were happy to teach the players how to play and answer any questions. They were over two hours late for set up. They were still setting up when guests were arriving. They said their late arrival was weather but ....... We didn't have tables that we paid for. I've contacted them. it's been over two weeks and we have not received a refund. In the beginning they were great a responding but that decreased. Casino Party Experts did an EXCELLENT job at my 50th birthday party! Weeks later, my guests are still raving about how fun & "different" it was to have a casino at a birthday party. I work at a high school and we hired Casino Party Experts for prom this year. The communication was really great with both Alan and Bill. They were on time for set up and take down and gave us a fair price for 2 blackjack tables, 1 Texas holdem table, and a roulette table. The only hiccup was when I called to ask about more chips (we were doing the way we ran our event a little different from most), I was made to feel like I did not know what I was talking about. It made communication a bit difficult. Thankfully, they did accept this request, brought all the chips we asked for, and our event turned out exactly how we had imagined. I would most likely hire this company again if I had another Las Vegas themed event. read more

I booked this party in April for December 3. My son is autistic and he was turning 30. Alan made quite a few promises and unfortunately did not meet them. In this current atmosphere of difficulty with obtaining employees.....I get it. But from the standpoint of dealing with an expensive event and not getting what you were promised...I have issues. They were late delivering the tables. So they were still setting up when guests arrived. There was a 2 flight carry-up for the larger tables...so that added some time. And I appreciate that they were willing to do that. As a result, none of the decorations were ever put up. There was not a pit boss and we were short one dealer. I forced one of the dealers to be in charge....And he did a nice job. One of the people who help set-up the tables, acted as a dealer for a little while. Then got up and left without telling anyone. My cousin sat down and started dealing blackjack. At that time we didn't know that we were short a dealer. I called Alan and he apologized, but that was it. We have done a casino night 2 other times and have never had any of these problems. So to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I gave 2 stars because of accommodating the stairs and the delivery person sitting down and acting as a dealer. read more

We used them for our holiday party in 2021 and everything was perfect. We hired them again for 2022 and it was not the same experience. They arrive at 4pm to set up for a 6pm start. Not done setting up until about 630pm. They had issues with the craps table. Not their fault but all the talking and disorganization prior to that did not help them get out of there quickly enough. They had 3 dealers not show up and I was not notified until I noticed 2 empty black jack tables. The pit boss, who was supposed to be circulating around, making sure that the guest were taken care of, had to man a table. He played his personal music on his phone over the music were were playing on our PA. Several guests complained to me about this. When I emailed Alan the Monday after the party, he said he would investigate and get back to me. After several emails back and forth letting me know how busy he was (much busier than me, in his opinion), it is now 1/23/2023, about 2 month after our party and I have no explanation, no apology and no refund for the 3 missing dealers and 2 black jack tables. read more

We used Casino Experts for our work xmas party, they were on time and set up everything fine. During the time of us gambling and playing though, a lot of us were constantly harassed about tips. We planned on doing a big tip at the end to be divided amongst them all. But a couple of the dealers would not stop saying things like "you know we take tips, right?" Or "so when are we getting our tips?" Also when my husband and I were leaving the party, 2 dealers in their call rolled down their window and said, ''so what about a tip for us?!" They also kept harassing some of the employers' guests about when they were getting paid their tips as well! What really did it for me though on the unprofessionalism is, apparently one of the Casino guys left his truck keys in the bathroom of the Venue. The party ended at 10pm and they were all done by 11pm so im not sure why he was even still there past 12 am? But at 1230a-1am this Casino guy proceeds to call me about 8-10 times, my boss as well, then calls my company's answering service and leaves messages on about 3 employees at 1 in the morning on a Friday night, one of which was on Maternity leave and had no idea what he was even talking about! I find that very unprofessional being that they knew we had no keys or a code to the venue, we told them the doors automatically locked at 12am. The company as a whole seems fine but as far as the dealers they hire.. completely unprofessional and harassing people about tips while they play and have fun is something that makes people NOT want to tip! read more

Avoid contacting Casino Party Experts from IN. They claim to be the same as Casino Party Planners and they are NOT. Alan Brown took our deposit for our major event then avoided my calls/emails. After several unanswered emails and voice mails left for him, we decided to cancel the contract & eat the cost of the deposit. We could not take the chance of a 'no show' for this event. Alan finally called me back (a week before our scheduled event) & he had many excuses but refused to give our deposit back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
