They were great when I first started using their services. Lately, they have not been open 24hours. They service the airport and the "med runs: for the assisted and long term facilities. I waited seven hours today, only to be called and told that I would not be getting a cab due to a driver walking off of the job! I am not sure what is happening to this once excellent cab service. Except for a very rare breakdown, they are PERFECT! I call. Someone is here in a few minutes. Drivers are honest to a fault and have complete background checks. I know I am safe with them. Others say maybe half hour which is really hour and a half if then. Not Casper Cabs. Airport service is exceptional. Stay away from Uber. Anyone can be a driver with Uber. I think this might have been the most unimpressive transportation service I have ever used. My girlfriend and I meet up in Casper fairly regularly and we decided we were going to drink a bit and then go see a movie. We called Casper Cabs about two hours prior to the time we were wanting to be picked up and they told us they would be here. They ended up showing up to the hotel about a half hour late which is extremely unprofessional (especially because the movie had already started) and when I called to check and see where the cab was the lady seemed annoyed and pissed off that I was even calling back. When they finally ended up arriving the driver was very rude and gave off the vibe that he was upset to even be working. We were so unimpressed that we ended up asking a random couple for a ride back and paid them for it. If you are reading this save yourself the money and frustration and find another way to your destination. read more

While I appreciate that getting from the airport to anywhere in Casper is only $24, this particular place service is somewhat of a disappointment. The driver, who picked us up late in the evening, took us the back roads to get across town. That was a little disconcerting when you're traveling with an infant. Also, because he didn't carry sufficient change, we had to stop at a gas station for me to break my larger bill. While inside the store with my son because I was not about to leave him in the car, the driver decided to smoke in the car! Who does that!? A young child is about to get back in the car! I wish there were better options in Casper! Little did the guy know that he could've gotten a pretty decent tip but he blew it when he decided that a cigarette was more important! read more

I took this cab company before i got my car. They were convenient because they took credit cards but it is worth the ATM charge to get cash for a different cab company! They were always late, they over charge for services, some times they didn't show at all, and have unstable drivers (one of their drivers drove reclessly and went over Casper Mountain.) STAY AWAY!! read more
