The bathroom was so gross! There was hair on the bathroom walls and something that had ran down the wall dried on. Toothpaste on the mirror frame, trash on the floor under the sink, mold in the tub and caulking was blackened and pealing off, rust stains on the tub, crusted dirt in the corners, and used women's underwear under the bed. There are also a lot of unsupervised kids in the pool area which would be fine if they were all well behaved, but one was such a menace we couldn't safely enjoy ourselves and had to go back to our room. The hot tub in the pool area is the color of urine, though the others looked clean. I went and told the woman at the front desk who asked for my room number and said they "would have someone check into it", no apologies, no offer to make it right. Someone was supposed to check into it before I checked in and paid $212/night for this room, HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE and MANAGEMENT! It's their whole job. It is a great concept and building, and with some solid maintenance, quality management and some really really deep cleaning, it could be great again. Check in was very easy and exterior doors had huge letters so you could go in the one that was closest to your room which was super comfy! Our room had two doors, one of which connected you to the inner area that had the pool and hot tubs. There were 6 hot tubs and one large pool. Breakfast consisted of the normal (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and yogurt) but the pancake maker was broken. There was a a pond with koi fish that could be fed twice a day. read more

"premium extended stay room with full kitchen and king bed." not great. perhaps fifteen years ago it was. it's like a rundown cabela's as a hotel. everything seemed dirty and falling apart. just the process of check in took wildly longer than it should have. one person working the front desk and a long, slow line. name registered was misspelled in a suspicious, mocking fashion. in the room: a hole in the couch cushion, a dirty spoon in the sink, luggage stand broken, weirdly placed pillows on the bed, filthy shower tiles, towel rack falling off the wall, no fan in the bathroom (which reeked of pee and smoke), overall dark and dingy vibe. why two stars instead of one? the private indoor balcony was a unique and interesting touch. the room was spacious. there was a continental breakfast. i recognize that there are few options (and small population) for this town.. i guess sometimes you work with what you have. but bring wet wipes, low expectations, and proceed with caution. read more

Hubby and I stayed here for the first time while passing through, very impressed. Very clean inside and out, friendly staff, cozy rooms and comfy beds. It's a beautiful facility with so much potential yet they were understaffed poorly managed. I stayed several days and the same Cheerios on the stairs never moved, couldn't get the room serviced, employees were not tuned in to flow of customers or professional. With all the other hotels in town, this place will not survive without a change. read more

I can see what this place might have been a few years ago. The idea of a cabin style hotel is really cool. It seems like when it was brand new that it was really well done. My family stayed in the king apartment suite. The private balcony was awesome for kids; complete with a view of the pool, and lobby. The room is spacious and can easily sleep a good size family. Unfortunately I do have serious complaints about the cleanliness of this hotel. At first glance it doesn't seem bad... closer views scared me. The carpet was littered with bits and pieces of who knows what. Nothing looked truly wiped down. Especially the doors. The locks were smeared with...? Ick! The pullout bed was filled with crumbs and filth. Not to mention the terrible stains all over the mattress inside. The lobby was beautiful but my opinion was lowered quickly by the mud puddles surrounding the hot tubs and the hair clumps nearby. Although the woman working the desk was very friendly, she made it very clear that she was the only person working that night. We had to make 3 separate trips for "cribs" and bedding for the pull out bed. The "cribs" are battered, filthy and dangerous. The one intended for my daughter had broken poles that stuck out through the fabric. She didn't use it. And lastly... the breakfast spread looks good. They have a great variety. My kids were very impressed by the robotic pancake machine. I am not impressed by the food poisoning that was experienced by all of my kids on the 9 hour car ride home. It could be great but they need better housekeeping staff and a deep deep cleaning to make that happen. read more

We were in the Casper area, and decided to give the C'mon Inn a try. The hotel & suites is a beautiful rustic-style property with easy on/off access from Interstate 25. The western-themed lobby is inviting when entering the building. It has gorgeous dual fireplaces which would be wonderful to sit by in cooler weather. The comfortable leather seatings and attractive decor complete the inviting lobby area. Upon entering the hotel, one smells a hint of chlorine, as they have five hot tubs and two indoor pools in the expansive, open area just past the lobby & front desk. The smell of chlorine is not obtrusive or overbearing. There is a beautiful waterfall which drops into a large koi pond which is filled with many beautiful, colorful specimens of koi. Twice a day, one can purchase a packet of koi food to feed the koi yourself. The guest room/courtyard areas are like being in a giant mountain lodge with the majestic woodwork exposed. There are various wildlife taxidermy figures throughout the public area of the building. There are three floors of rooms, with each having comfortable lounging chairs just outside the rooms overlooking the courtyard area. Our guest room was of good size and in excellent, clean order. The C'mon Inn also provides free WiFi for its guests along with an exercise room and a game room. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which is served from 6 am to 10 am every morning. The hot food selections included freshly prepared bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and home-style potatoes. Besides hot items, they have cereals, yogurts, muffins & breads for a lighter breakfast. The breakfast staff was very friendly and cordial. Everything was of excellent quality. Overall, this is one of the nicest properties to stay at in the area. Should we return to Casper, we would definitely stay here again. read more

I'm rating a 2, only because the atmosphere outside of the rooms is so great. We bought a king deluxe suite, room 313. It is vary large and spacious, private balcony, kitchen, and separate king room. Now the actual cleanliness is the problem. Our room was filthy. Dried food on the kitchen floor. No dish soap, dish towels, or paper towels. Smears all over everything. Black mold in the shower. We had to hunt down house keeping to get more bathroom towels. As ours only had 2 available. Our sheets were put on inside out. We arrived in late afternoon. we were not told of the roof project- only after I checked in was I told of the roof project that ran from 9:00 am daily to 7;00 pm. the noise was so loud it gave me a headache. it began in the morning at 7:45 - not 9:00! when I inquired about it at the front desk the clerk told me she didn't know anything about it- said she was on vacation. I tried to contact the hotel management through the web site twice but it didn't work! finally I spoke to the on-duty manager and was told he had no control- regarding the web site- he had no control either. terrible experience! read more

I'll get right to the point, I guess. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I feel like the rooms aren't very clean and they're a tad outdated. Truthfully, I wish I could give 3.5 stars. I've stayed in the two room deluxe suite with the living area, and the basic king bed room. The suite was cleaner, but just cheaply constructed. My MIL leaned on the wall, and it actually moved. The pool area was also freezing and dirty as well. I hate complaining, but very disappointed for the price.. We love the C'mon Inn in Missoula and Bozeman (Billings is okay) and the Casper hotel is great too. The staff really pushed it up a notch. It may look beautiful and clean from the outside but not the rooms or hallways. There were clothes outside our room and was thinking they just finished cleaning it . No this morning still outside our door. Down the hall I see a piles of towels! Our room looked cleaned but with the clothes and towels and the way our bathroom looked it didn't feel good. Our bed was lumpy and uncomfortable! Our room was by the outside door and the traffic in and out of there all night (side door) was bad! All the talking outside woke us up. Our bathroom was for handicap, no light over the shower area could not see in there. Our room door was hard to close we had to slam it shut every time we went out and when we came in. We stopped from the night after traveling for a football game and service was great,room was clean as well as good location and breakfast the next day was still available thanks to the ladies serving!!Tip those ladies people, I realize that's their job right now thanks to Covid but it's because of their patience and hustle that make that breakfast possible! This come on in ..is extraordinary in so many ways....the front desk staff couldn't be more helpful....last night our TV had no sound....the front desk clerk was so helpful..she herself came to our room and attempted to fix..after several attempts she made arrangements to move us to a suite upstairs..which is an upgrade from the executive king suite we had already purchased for 2 nights!! She said there would be no additional charge for this for both nights...the new room not only has a working television but 2 working televisions!! Jet tub and separate shower...full kitchen with cooking tools...OUTSTANDING service...at my all time favorite home away from home.....even more than it already was!! One of our favorite hotels of all time! This gem seems to be a hole in the wall as we mostly had the place to ourselves, but it was great! The kids got to feed the fish when we arrived and again in the morning! The spas just outside our door we so cool and we appreciate that this location has gates around them (Billings, MT and Missoula, MT do not). The room was already cool when we arrived, and the beds were sooo comfy! Beautiful clean spacious room and extremely polite staff But I got my hopes up on the cool pools and hot tubs. They're not usable unless you're a parent or do not mind loud children. Was very excited to swim some laps and soak in one of the tubs but they are ALL PACKED with screaming kids. What a bummer. Stayed in the fireplace king suite with 3 other girls for my friend's bachelorette party and was NOT disappointed! I ended up sleeping in the recliner in front of the fireplace and slept like a drugged baby! Also y'all, the waterfall shower head made me feel SO fancy and I want one in my house like 5 years ago! We didn't get around to using one of the numerous hot tubs but we did visit the beauitful Koi fish. The breakfast was hearty and there were lots of options including a pancake maker. 4 since they don't allow pets but that's a me thing. If you want to pamper yourself and pay a bit more(the suite was around $230) I recommend this one! read more

I rerouted my trip from Seattle to Kansas City through Wyoming for two reasons: 1) I'd never spent the night in Wyoming before, and 2) because I couldn't believe this mini-chain of hotels actually exists. A lodge atmosphere, multiple hot tubs, an indoor pool, koi pond, hot breakfast... for less than $150 a night? Come on. I didn't leave disappointed. True to what I said in the first paragraph, the hotel does have multiple hot tubs scattered around... a large pool... koi pond... and a ridiculously nice hot breakfast buffet... for less than $150 a night. The place is similar to a Great Wolf Lodge, without the water slides, and without the pricey price. Service was good, room was clean and comfortable, and it's convenient to the ol' highway. My only complaint would be that there aren't many quality dining options within walking distance (Texas Roadhouse and Outback - YES I KNOW THEY'RE NOT AWFUL, but come on). But it's not necessarily their fault. I'd stay here again. 100%. read more

I've stayed at the C'mon Inn three times now, and I've been pleased each time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The rooms are spacious and up to date, with nice LCD TVs, comfortable beds, refrigerators and microwaves in each unit. They supply toiletries from Rusk's Calm collection, which is awesome. They have 5 hot tubs in the spacious lobby and two pools. Outside the rooms on the first floor are patio tables and chairs, and the second floor rooms have their own indoor balconies. There is a free breakfast served every morning. I'd recommend the C'mon Inn to anyone planning a stay in Casper. read more

This place was amazing. My friend and I decided to take our kids on a mini vacation to finish up school shopping. We stayed here and fell in love with the place. Beautiful building inside and out. Waterfall with koi fish pond super cool. Pool was so much fun for the kids and then we were able to get a hot tub to ourselves. They had several hot tubs which was nice to have one where we could just relax. The food was great even though one of the cooks was grouchy. Just figured she needed a nap. We plan to come and stay again. Our next time, Christmas shopping without the kids! read more

I've been on 2 road trips recently, and have stayed in many nice places, but this one by far exceeds all of them. I saw it from the road, and liked the beauty of it, and read some reviews. Apparently, all of the folks who stay here fall in love with it like I have. First off, it's beautiful. It has a great lodge feel to it, all log cabin styled, but very large. There's a courtyard in it with a coy pond, and some cozy hot tubs nestled in the garden area. There are all sorts of stuffed (taxidermied) animals all over the lobby too, if you like that sort of thing. There are 5 hot tubs, as well as a nice pool. They serve a very nice complimentary breakfast with your stay as well, and it's on till 10, not 9 like every other place. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL, and they open out to the courtyard as well as to the hallway. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that the wifi signal was almost nonexistent, but I didn't mind. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! read more

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I must say, I'm definitely a fan. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. She even offered us a good rate since we had been traveling close to two months. I love the set-up of this place. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. There are 5 wonderful, semi-private hot tubs in the lobby area surrounded by beautiful rock work, a waterfall, and a Koi Fish pond. They also have pools. The rooms on the first floor each have patio tables and chairs outside of the room so you can enjoy a drink and visit with friends you may be traveling with. I believe the upper floors have balconies. We stayed on the first floor. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The rooms are spacious and up to date, with nice LCD TVs, comfortable beds, refrigerators and microwaves in each unit. They supply toiletries from Rusk's Calm collection, which is awesome. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. There is an LCD Television in the room, as well as a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The beds are comfortable. They had these wonderful toiletries called Rusk Calm Collection and that was a wonderful, pampering touch. There is a free breakfast each morning. This hotel is extremely nice and the pool and many hot tubs are super awesome. However, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have stayed here twice and the first time my significant other accidentally left one of my bags. We came back a couple of days later and rented another room, we asked for the purse and they said they hadn't seen it when we know for a fact it did not come home with us. We were playing in the pool from at least 8-11 and I went to go get a drink of water, when I came back I picked up my phone and realized that it was 11:07, and the pool has closed at 11:00. Not even two minutes later they shut the lights off in the pool. We had two 8 year olds in there who are scared of the dark. And a toddler. What if one of them had ran, slipped, fallen and gotten hurt? Then the employee came in as I was trying to gather our belongings IN THE DARK and I said "hey, we can't see to get our stuff?" And he ignored me and walked away. I am super annoyed and unsatisfied by this stay. read more
