I went with a couple of friends and even they had a problem with the way she was acting. She seemed like she didn't want to be there and we could hear her complaining the entire time we were eating. For a while we were trying to find her so we could order and she disappeared for about 20 minutes. I can understand having a bad day, I myself used to work in the food industry. Once that bad attitude starts affecting your coworkers and your customers then maybe you don't belong in food service. I don't leave reviews often, let alone bad reviews, but i feel like this needs to be addressed with management.

ECHO is a great organization. ECHO accepts clothing, shoes, linens, electronics, computers, small…read morehousehold appliances, non-perishable food and school supplies year-round. The volunteers are very dedicated and helpful in accepting the donations and distributing them to those in need here in the community. The group is respectful towards those they serve, even referring to them as customers - allowing those in need the dignity they deserve. Donating items is quick, easy and efficient. The volunteers are kind and full of good cheer. ECHO will also advertise the specific items on their billboard so you can see what items are most in need. ECHO can't accept everything but they can recommend other organizations that accept furniture, perishable food or other items for donations. You can feel good that your donated items will go to those who can truly use them.

The Capital Area food bank offers an invaluable service to the area providing food for families in need. With the tough economics times the country finds itself in, it was encouraging to be part of good works. It also brought an awareness of the circumstances that people end up in a blink of an eye. I have used this company for the past two year on and off and usually no issues. I sat my items…read moreout last night at 11:00 p.m. It is now 4:52 p.m., I call and ask if the driver is still scheduled. The response I received was that a driver came around 12:49 pm and noted that there was nothing outside. LIES...the driver never showed up, I was home all day. Last time to use their service. Not sure if they have new workers, management or what...but I am not going to leave items out, to have to bring them back in and then reschedule for another date to try again.

Even when I called to find out what happened, the lady on the phone didn't understand the explanation the driver noted on my account. I've NEVER had issues with items being put out on my patio. And, it is in a place that is noticeable. They would have had to pass the bags and boxes to put the receipt on my front door. I will never use Green Drop again. Service had dropped down significantly for the past 10 years. Husband is helping his wife for an overpayment that the unemployment had sent by fault on their end. I am making payments for that overpayment. I send payments that does not show up on the unmployment side. We call, my wife and I for an explanation. Their customer service, follows, as portrayed the privacy policy. We give all needed information, like the password and else. She keeps on going and on to avoid giving an explanation. They intend t make pull your hair out no to give an answer. Finally it ends of she hanging up the phone after waiting an hour for somebody to answer the phone. 80-90 percent, you end up with such an attitude. Unbelievable. They make their agency looks so much unprofessional. This agency is finished servoce wise and they DO NOT CARE AT ALL.

I did receive an automatic submission completed notice. Seemed unprofessional to me if they wanted to find these animals forever homes. I love the merchandise they have. I went in to find a rocker for my son. I found the same one that he has at daycare. His babysitter paid 45 dollars for hers and I paid 3 bucks for mine. It was in great condition, I just wiped it down and washed the seat cover. Did I mention they have a great selection for work clothes? Awesome blazers, and work slacks. I've purchased everything from new York and company to white house black market. Overall great store with great products. My mom and I visited B-Thrifty a couple of Sundays ago, and the customer service we received was…read moredisappointing enough that I wanted to share our experience. I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.
