Dooley's took the order today, made the arrangement and delivered it. The recipient emailed me with a nice "Thank You " note and a picture of the arrangement. Here is a quote from her, "It's one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen". My sister-in-law had a pacemaker installed and is freshly home from the hospital. These flowers made her day. What was delivered was 12 roses an no card - in fact they put my name instead of the receivers name. When I reached out they offered me only $20 refund. The 12 rose package they sent was $53.99 less and they didn't honor the difference. So not only was the effect I was hoping to send a big thank you to q friend diminished. And look I get errors happen. That's fine. But when there is no accountability and I paid for something I did not get sent. That's an example of a company that's not worthy of your trust.
