They said they don't know what happened but at 4 is when they can see me. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I advised what insurance I had and they told me they accepted that insurance. I arrive and the receptionist tells me they don't know if they accept my insurance and that I need to wait for the billing lady to arrive. 45 Min later they tell me the billing girl has still not arrived and don't know when she's going to get back from lunch. I waited for an hour for the billing lady, not knowing if I was going to get seen or if they accepted my insurance. Such a waste of time and not organized at all. Don't recommend. I really wanted a female PCP, but unfortunately this one is not it.

His assistant explained to me the whole time how I would feel with each step. The procedure went by swiftly, I did not feel a thing. When I became more alert, I just felt so good. I was surprised how quick the procedure was and the aftercare was just perfect. The prescription was sent immediately to my pharmacy. I was given the right tools for relief, like the syringe and the gel pad. Throughout my care from Dr. Trevino, he reassured me and was empathetic about my anxiety about my condition.
