The board is to big to be mounted on. The fabric rolls upside down to hold water. The arms fold into each other. Not on mine.

My Experience with Alpine Roofing, Stucco, Windows, and Doors was a "0."…read more Alpine was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted Chris Heet who met with us to discuss the work we needed accomplished. Chris was professional, showed-up early, and talked us through the approach to addressing the work we needed done. He took measurements and advised his business partner, "Gabriel," would send us an official estimate in a couple of days. After 1.5 weeks we had not received an estimate from Gabriel, I reached out to Chris and we received the estimate the next day from Gabriel. The work we needed done was not a big job, and the estimate was for $4.2K to replace a window sill, patch stucco, and color match (paint) around the window. The estimate was not itemized, so I E-Mailed Gabriel if we could get an itemized breakdown of the cost because they wanted a $2.1K deposit and as a customer I wanted to understand the work and materials I was paying for. Again, after 1.5 weeks of no reply from Gabriel, I contacted Chris who informed me Gabriel had been sick. Got it, that stuff happens. Chris said they do not provide itemized estimates, which is not my experience working with other companies. He did explain the cost break down and we agreed to move forward with the work. I just wanted an estimated time frame when the work would be performed. I E-Mailed Gabriel explaining my communications with Chris and we were ready to move forward after we received an a new estimate with projected dates for the work. The next day I received a message from Gabriel explaining he's been sick and that his medical provider advised he needs to keep his stress levels down. Additionally, he explained how Alpine does not provide estimated dates b/ the work we needed done was on the smaller scale ... and that Alpine would not be performing the work we needed done b/c it was too stressful. I recognize my experience with Alpine differs from what others have experienced. However, based on: 1. I had to continuously reengage Alpine for the initial estimate and basic questions. 2. Not providing itemized estimates, so customers know what materials and labor they are paying for. 3. Not providing estimated dates for the work. 4. They led me on for over a month indicating they would perform the work, where if I'd know this type of work was not what they wanted to do or it was too stressful, I could have used that time to find another company who was more honest and willing to do the work. I would recommend others avoid doing business with Alpine and find another company. Any company that is not responsive to customer inquiries, can't itemize their materials and work, provided projected dates for work, etc. raises a lot of red flags.

We first used Alpine Installations when they replaced our windows due to hail damage. They did…read moresuch a great job that we decided to have them do other jobs around the house. They also stuccoed the whole house (they were able to negotiate with the insurance company) and also installed a cement patio and replaced part of the walkway. My friends and neighbors have already asked for their number after seeing the jobs that they did for us. Chris and Gabriel are such a delight to work with, honest, punctual, very good at communicating, always letting us know when the job is going to get done, when they're coming, what to expect that day, etc through text or email, can't say enough good things about them. And they know what they're doing which gave us the confidence to trust them.
