It's tucked away - blink and you'll miss it. It's vetinary staff are truly kind and gentle and took a fancy to my so cute dog. They are flexible and understanding and very helpful. The waiting room is clean but basic. No sign of any toilets, but there are two bays for disabled people in the car park. You pay for operations but the rest is donations. Good to know it's there, and worth donating to if you have a pet,

The lady vet we saw was exceptionally kind, caring and friendly ( she showed genuine empathy NOT just "I am doing this as its my job sort of approach")

All well and good…read more My pooch arrived safely on the other side (Chicago) - so when its all said and done, Pet Air UK did what it says on the tin. They shipped the dog. She made it alive. Paws up. I paid for the gold package which included transport from our home in Central London, vet certification, 1 night pre-board the night before in their kennel near Heathrow, crate, delivery to airline/check-in, airline ticket. This was about £1600, most of which goes to the airline ticket, frankly! Everyone I spoke with our interacted with was pleasant and professional. Darren Stratton in particular (my agent after I paid the deposit) and the guy that picked the old girl up were very nice. My only small complaint is that after all that money, and purchasing the highest package possible -- NO ONE confirmed that she made it safely to Chicago and all was well. One more email or phone call closes the loop guys -- it's worth doing. Kind of strange, no?

Caring, compassionate and professional veterinary practice…read more We moved from another local vets to Haydon House and haven't regretted it for a minute. The two vets we've seen have been very thoughtful and caring, both with our cat and with us. They've routinely gone out of their way to be helpful and offer a great service. The practice is clean and efficient and the practice staff very supportive. We particularly like the fact that x-rays and blood tests can take place in-house, so we receive much quicker results than at other practices. There is also a screened area in the waiting room set aside for cats so they don't get distressed by other animals in reception. A lot of thought has gone into the administration to help make the experience of visiting the vets less stressful for the animals. The vet who is currently looking after our ailing, elderly cat is going above and beyond the call of duty. He has now offered to spend his lunchtime opening analgesic capsules, dividing, weighing and refilling so that our cat will receive the right dosage. We haven't been to a veterinary practice who have been that helpful before. Can't praise Haydon House highly enough.
