Sauna, recovery room with cooling/heating chairs & water massage, tanning bed & shower. They also provide individual pre-workout scoops for $2 and offer branded merch along with powder options (protein, pre-workout etc). There is a fenced in outdoor space with turf that members have access to. They are 24/7, keep everything clean, and antibacterial spray & towels are available everywhere. The owner is very nice, he greeted me and took the time to show me around the facility. The atmosphere was great, it was very clean and I liked the layout. Transition was good but over the past two years, the gym as went down hill fast. Cleaning is pretty much non existent. Bathroom/lockers are not maintained. Ceiling fans were removed during "Covid remodel" and were never replaced so no air circulates. Cardio equipment is terrible and not maintained or cleaned. Equipment is not wiped down unless the user puts forth the effort and many don't. I would just say, if you were thinking about joining, just take a close look. Look at machines, under the cardio equipment, conditions of bathrooms, paper towel dispensers, hand sanitization dispenser (have been empty for at least two months). Left a review on their Facebook page and it was removed so the 5 star rating would not take a hit. It's sad to see the main gym in Tullahoma in this condition.

The facility is very clean, and they have so many more workout options! And the bathrooms are spotless, complete with showers and lockers. And for an after workout massage just sit in one of the hydro massage chairs. I'm telling you... you won't be disappointed here! I'm just disappointed we didn't start here 4+ years ago!
