Always polite and friendly service no matter if it's in person or if you are calling them to ask a question. if for some reason you are not happy with the way your nails are looking at the time, politely say something and the problem will be corrected. There won't be a "language barrier" excuse because Twee is bi-lingual, and can help with that problem. My favorite 3 at the shop is Tween, Tom, and Heather because they always make sure you leave happy with your nails. They are open Monday through Saturday, offering many levels of manicure and pedicure, prices are no higher than anywhere else you go. They also offer tanning beds and waxing. They let me know my other salon was ripping me off by only doing the color acrylic so every time I wanted to change the color I had to do a whole new set. Absolutely loved it! I've been looking for a nails salon for the past 30 days. Just relocated to Huntsville and needed desperately to find the right salon for me. My realtor recommended it! The salon has a nice atmosphere, the owners are friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with the service! Their rates are great! Twee was amazing! I can't say enough about this place. First time here after seeing several good reviews and it's close to me so that's a plus. There was a bit of a wait so we were told we could put our name down and come back if we wanted. We did. This was hubbys first pedicure so we did the deluxe. It was so great. They took so much time with us. We never felt rushed. I'm pretty sure my person, Heather, touched every pressure point on my foot and ankle. We were served water and a glass of wine. We came in for two pedicures, a manicure and a new set. The pedicure was awful. I feel like the two girls who did them were trained in house or something because there's no way either of them went to school. My girlfriend did get her manicure and it was rushed. I got gel nails from here and they have stayed on by far the longest I have ever had them stay on from other salons. The corners aren't peeling and the gel is firm to my bails even after 3 weeks. They are grown out now but I highly recommend! She shaped them perfectly as well read more

I'm from out of town and my coworker and I decided to go, we called and asked what kind of pedicure and they said between $35-55 and didn't give us an exact price when we checked out the sign said $40 for Deluxe pedicure , the owner didn't even know that was up there ! We didn't get a choice on pedicure and they should of honored that price , I have never been charged to take off gel polish, especially since I'm paying for service . The polish would not even dry and it smeared, I sat outside in the sun for 20 mins hoping it would dry but it won't waste of $50 and I will not send my coworkers here . I been to this place a few times. The first was for pedi, next for mani & pedi, and last for gel nail & pedi. All visits the staff is friendly. I did not care for how they remove the gel from my nails. They wrapped which I like, but as soon as they wrapped all fingers, they began taking/scrapping off until I asked them to allow them to soak longer. It caused that feeling you get when you here a chalkboard being scrapped. It appears to be more of a neighborhood spot than a relaxing spa. Too much talking for me by the owners and patrons. The tv was playing youtube type videos one time and sports on another occasion. On one visit someone's child was there and extremely loud while the parent took care of their own nails (seemed to be a friend). If you're looking for relaxation, I don't recommend, but for a friendly neighborhood nail place, I'd say just ok. read more

Got a pedicure two days ago... I get one almost every two weeks thought I'd try a new nail salon. When the young lady was rub in the sugar scrub on my legs it hurt. I tried to tell her but she did not speak much English. Now my legs are broken out with a rash that looks like very bad razor burn. Decided to talk to the manager/ owner and show them. She acted like it was not a big deal and did not offer to reimburse me or even apologize...... i'm not sure what it is on my legs but it's very agitating it looks terrible. Could be from them not cleaning the pedicure chairs well or an allergic reaction or from her putting to much pressure on my leg and irritating my hair follicles.
