Jaden was the plumber that arrived on time, told me the options for repair, which was what I expected. Jaden did an excellent job, clean, neat and very professional. Price was about what I expected. I would not hesitate to contact this company again for any plumbing, heating or HVAC repair. Great to have such a professional company in the community.

First Street bid on the plumbing portion of our Master Bath remodel. The two technicians which did the job, Cashe and Myles were very good. Unfortunately, there was some work that fell outside the original bid, and because of very poor communication, it became very unclear what was being billed. One of the technicians was not even made aware that most of the job fell within a single bid. We were therefore double billed on some items. Also, we visited the First Street office and were quoted prices on two items. We were later told that actual prices were about 40% higher than what we were quoted. In short, the technicians were very good, but communication and billing practices very poor. Until that is remedied, I would not recommend First Street Plumbing. Terry D

He was exactly the opposite. I noticed many marketing mistakes and had to call numerous times for him to correct some error in our listing. He also wanted unrealistic improvements to our house, such as switching out all the doorknobs and hinges, light and electrical outlet covers. He also brought "buyers" who had not been pre-approved, in order to have us extend his contract. During the 6 months he listed our house, few people looked at it. One offer fell through because he failed to negotiate for us and blamed us for being uncooperative. The house sold 6 weeks later with another realtor, who I had used before successfully. We thought we'd give Luke a try and wasted a lot of time and money.

We recommend Barrett Construction LLC in Rigby but be sure to discuss in advance the footings configuration. Our footings do not meet at some corners, there is a gap into the outside perimeter where moisture can get into the crawl space, so we will be cementing those gaps in. Also be very specific on where you want anchor bolts, we had to call them back to remove and replace the anchor bolts, but even after requesting 4" from outside edge, they didn't measure and we still had to notch out the rim joists. All it would have taken is a chalk line on their part. Lots of extra work for our framer that could have been done right the first time.
