It's only one person so that is limiting with furniture moving. Window washing, they use a steam method to help clean the outside. This really helped with the rain/snow not sticking and marking up the window. Outside window cleaning was incomplete due to lack of a ladder. We recommend Barrett Construction LLC in Rigby but be sure to discuss in advance the footings configuration. Our footings do not meet at some corners, there is a gap into the outside perimeter where moisture can get into the crawl space, so we will be cementing those gaps in. Also be very specific on where you want anchor bolts, we had to call them back to remove and replace the anchor bolts, but even after requesting 4" from outside edge, they didn't measure and we still had to notch out the rim joists. All it would have taken is a chalk line on their part. Lots of extra work for our framer that could have been done right the first time.
