I found out 2 weeks before we are supposed to leave that she booked the wrong room! I contacted her right away and she blamed me for not noticing earlier! How is that even my fault? We went with a travel agent for a reason. To add I nsult to injury Ken Fronk the branch manager called me and also told me it was my fault! I am not an agent and do not know the lingo so how the heck was I supposed to know the wrong room was booked. Even after sending them screenshots of all this, I have to pay $154 more than what the room should have cost us! Horrible customer service and Amy even said "you should feel lucky I even got the room you wanted". I brought them over $50,000 in business but that doesn't matter!

It was disappointing but not in her control. we had a great group and everyone seemed to enjoy the trip. Special Kudos to our Driver, Erica from Epic Tours. She was a very capable, careful , caring driver. Those two ladies were a dynamic duo! Accommodations were very nice . Highlights we most enjoyed- Tour of West Point, Walkway over the Hudson, Culinary Institute of America, and Brotherhood Winery.

They booked the flight, resort, and transportation as well as park tickets for my Disney trip. I didn't even have to come into the office or do extensive research. Which meant I could focus on what was most important. Now there was an issue with the return flight and Southwest but luckily that was straightened out and no one was left behind.

So far two checks totaling $1,050 Long way from over 10,000.00 still owed to us. We're being told our money is in India and "they" are only allowed to send out so much each month. At the beginning of October we were told "they" were "working on our cruise now" but we received nothing in October. This guy made off with our money to keep his business going I'm sure.
