Very doubtful at first considering it is a "Mobile" service but was very surprised with what my guy Santiago can do. Requested for a quote via text message for a Ceramic Tint and Chrome Delete for my brand new Honda CRV. Language barrier was there but it's still very easy to understand. Responded quickly, gave me a fair price, scheduled me as soon as the next day, sent me details about the tint film and about the tinting process. Next day, Santiago texted me if I want to reschedule the service 2 hours earlier than scheduled, which is great for my schedule. He arrived on time. Santiago was very friendly, always smiling and explained to me everything I needed to know. He did the Chrome delete first by the windows and the car emblems which took more time than the tints but that is a good sign because he did not rush it and took his time to perfect it. After, he asked me how dark the tint do I prefer. Showed me the material, even the box, the brand, and a notebook where you can see the details of the film and also a sample film to see how dark it is which is very informative and helpful. After applying the tint, he then explained to me the post-application care. He even used like a Google translator from Spanish to English to make sure that I understand him. He was very clear on what to do and what not to do with the windows and stuff. Such a good man and very respectful even though I want everything perfect and pointed some of the stuff that I wanted to be adjusted he was like "no problem, my friend" and got right into it. After a week, I recommended Casvel Tint to my family after seeing the job done on my car, and they asked for Santiago to come back this time for a Toyota Corolla. Just like before, on time, very professional, quick and very respectful. Did the job perfectly. He even checked the CRV again and adjusted some to make it even more perfect. Would recommended looking for Santiago 100%. They offer lifetime warranty with their service and that gives us peace of mind knowing our car is protected, the price is right and the money spent was worth. There's always room for improvement and if there is 1 thing I would suggest, is that hopefully when they clean the windows they will use a towel or something to cover the panels and prevent the interior from getting wet. I know some tint shops do and some don't but it would look more professional if they do cover it. But still, Job was done and I know and we can count on them again until the next project read more
