I called again a week later since no one had returned my phone call. My husky was staying there from March 24-28. The bites were severe in his neck, he was very lethargic, and I had to take him to the vet on the 28. He needed to be on pain meds and antibiotics.

Our newest pet received a free visit, having been a Humane Society rescue. Before we could get in for his scheduled apt, the little guy seemed to have a growth. They saw us immediately and at one point there were three people holding, shaving, and checking out a spot on our Guinea Pig. It was determined with a little work, that something was embedded in his fur. We got the all clear with lots of relief. They cancelled the apt for the next week and didn't charge. My daughter was so happy he was alright, I was happy with the free trip and Chunk was happy no one took his temperature ! Great great vets-each one is kind and helpful. They seem to work together if there are questions.

We live in Green Bay and it was affordable and far more comfortable that driving to Appleton and waiting for the well-known 3-5 hour waiting room times at the emergency vet down there. He was here in less than an hour and also removed her body. We opted to pay $180 extra (could be a large breed size fee) for cremation and to get her ashes back. He handled delivering out girl there for us and brought them the funds for cremation services that we gave to him. *** He does not take card, so it's best if you have cash availablre for him. Thank you so much for keeping us where we could all be with her vs going to an out of town vet. I don't have words to express how grateful we are to have been able to say final goodbyes together.

We woke up…read moreafter a restless night with our dog Vito who had an obvious ear infection as his ears were inflamed, hot, and he had been shaking his head all night long. I called Bay East right away thinking a technician could quickly peek at his ears and get him on some antibiotics, understanding they are busy, I was simply asking for a quick 3 minute in and out to give our dog some relief. I was shocked when the receptionist, who stated they were completely booked and had no space for him until the following Tuesday, 5 days from then. I simply asked her what I could do to get him seen. I was put on a long hold only to be told to come in the afternoon after 2 pm and would then be charged for an EMERGENCY vet visit. I politely told her we would be going elsewhere. I am thrilled to have found a new veterinary clinic here in Green Bay that is not only less EXPENSIVE, but open to emergencies when they occur. We have always loved seeing Dr. Eastman, unfortunately the clinic itself needs a MAKEOVER. I do wonder if there is a bit of discrimination since Vito is a pit bull (the friendliest) dog ever. I say this due to his reluctance of having his nails trimmed due to past trauma as a puppy. We were told the last time by the Dr. after 3 technicians were unable to finish his nail trim that he would need to be put under or heavily drugged for them to attempt his nail trim again. Ridiculous, these are professionals, we now trim his nails at home, yes a bit challenging but can be done, and we are no professionals. So Done!!!! Ursula T.

She's had two lumps removed, one benign and one malignant, and also had exploratory surgery to remove an object she had swallowed that was obstructing her colon. On each occasion Teddy was treated was such compassion and professionalism from the moment we walked in the door. Dr. Harper is an outstanding vet and surgeon, and the sensitivity and kindness she displays makes her even more amazing. Every technician and receptionist displays and equal level of humanity.
