My husky was staying there from March 24-28. The bites were severe in his neck, he was very lethargic, and I had to take him to the vet on the 28. I had dropped off my dog at doggie daycare at Circle Kennel Club. He was dropped off on a Thursday at 9:00am and stayed overnight in a kennel. I picked him up the next morning immediately at 6:30am. I came home and slept for a couple hours and I worked into that previous morning. When I got up I brought my dog outside to potty. He was hesitant to go. So I started walking him around, I noticed that he kept stopping and turning his head to his side. Looking over my dog, I noticed he had the large laceration and about an inch and half of missing fur by his lower shoulder area. The laceration and his skin/fur area had blood and pus type dried on. I called the daycare and told them about the injury. They said they would report it too the owner, Ginny. While at the emergency vet the owner of Circle Kennel Club, Ginny called me. We discussed what my dogs injury was and why he is being treated. I asked the owner if anyone noticed the injury on my dog when he left. She said no. I asked when and what could have caused the laceration on my dog and if they could check cameras. She said that the laceration could have came from a plastic rope tie that secured the privacy curtain around the kennel. The owner also stated that the have 78 kennels and do not have anyone watching them at all while the dogs are in overnight kennels. There are no cameras in the kennel area. So my dog could have been injured in a kennel for 11 hours or more!!!!That Friday I spent 3 hours at the emergency vet hospital and I was 2 1/2 hours late for work because of the injury. Fast forward.....I understand I signed the waiver at daycare for my dog. $0 reimbursement cost for the emergency vet $$$ and for being late for work$$$. But I asked the owner, Ginny for reimbursement of left over dog daycare sessions. I had purchased 30 day/session (total cost was $368.98 tax and tip is included) doggie daycare. The more sessions you purchase the cheaper the price. Makes it $11 or $12 a day. TEXT from owner: *I will give you a refund on your left over punches, when you get a refund, you revert back to a full daycare charge of $19 per day, you do not get a discount, so your refund will be $174 + tax. You used 9 days, times $19, from the $345 you pd.* I did not except the partial discount. My dog was injured while he was in their care. No one would bring their dogs back to a business that their pet was injured at. I went to Circle Kennel Club to pick up all dog's belongings. In my dogs backpack a note from one of the employees wrote that my dog didn't want to eat today (so he did not eat that day or the 11 plus hours overnight in the kennel). I was told from the owner that my dog was feed, given water and taken out to potty before he was kenneled. While waiting to get my dogs belongings, one of the employees said Ginny (the owner) will have my check ready. I said I am not excepting that check. I walked into Ginny's office and told her that I am not excepting the check as it lower then what she owes me. Immediately she started yelling at me that she does not even have to reimburse anything. I was completely shocked. I told her that she is a business owner and that she lacks the professionalism of one. Days pass and the owner, Ginny texts me back: *First of all, I apologize I got upset yesterday, that is not my style. I feel really bad Boomer was injured, we have put a plan into action to ensure it will never happen again. No injury is ever ok. I will agree as long as you don't badmouth us or give any bad reviews. Finally, you will not return for any service.* Really, yes this is what the owner of Circle Kennel Club texted me.... Do not bring your dog here. I caught them in numerous lies about how they "cared for my dog." They do not have enough employees to watch all dogs, unprofessional owner(s), and I feel that Circle Kennel Club is not a safe place for doggie daycare or to kennel your dog. I never received my refund either. So the monetary loss from the emergency vet, loss of wages, loss of unused doggie daycare sessions, and the pain my dog endured waiting for me to pick him up.... read more

I should've gone with my gut when reading other reviews.... When I chose Circle Kennel as my choice of doggy daycare, I did so for two reasons: #1, 1/2 day daycare was up to 5 hours and started when I dropped my dog off and #2, the facility looked clean and they had cameras so you could watch your dog throughout the day. I started bringing my dog here in February 2019. At first he was reluctant to be away from me, but had seemed to get a little better the more he went. I'd usually bring him twice a week. This week (April, 2019) I had dropped him off for his second day of daycare that week. When we arrived for drop off at 6:30am, it was very unorganized and chaotic. One girl was unlocking the doors and grabbing dogs from their owners and another girl, who came in after I did, simply grabbed my dogs leash and said, "I'll take him!" And poof, he was gone. She didn't even ask my name or his. I left him there for a full day and had my boyfriend pick him up after he was done with work, around 6 that evening. Later that evening I was on the couch with my dog and as my routine, I check his collar daily. When I reached down to feel it, it was SO TIGHT around his neck that I had a hard time unbuckling it. Once removed, I saw that the brass nameplate with his name and my phone number on it was nearly BENT IN HALF. Now, that takes a lot of force to do that. He had been hacking/coughing that evening prior to this. The next morning he was still coughing periodically so I sent a message to Circle Kennel asking them if anything had happened to my dog the day before or if he had gotten caught on something to bend his collar that badly. They read it, but did not respond. Next was a phone call to my vet. Thinking he might have picked up Kennel Cough because of his sudden start of coughing, we made a trip to the vet. They examined him and found nothing to suggest that it's kennel cough. No fever, so nasal or eye discharge, no loss of appetite or lethargy. None of the other household dogs (3 others) have any symptoms pointing to this either. Could he have bruised his trachea or hurt something else? I don't know because I don't know what happened at daycare. It's frustrating because you trust your pet in the hands of someone else and I understand that accidents happen, but just be honest about it. We will be finding a different daycare provider. read more

All right, there's been a couple of things with this place, i have been going to this business for about 3 years. Love you little issues along the way, but nothing has pissed me off like this last thing. ! I have been trying to call the owner Ginny I called about three times and left messages for her to call me & after two weeks of NO returned call.. I finally went down to the shop. Owner was not there. So I talk to the girl at the desk the (young girl) . And explain to her that there was a neighbor, that I had gave a good recommendations. for daycare @ circle. And I was wondering if dog was still there because, a couple weeks ago my husband got bit by that neighbors dog in our yard and the dog had tried to climb our fence to get to our two dogs. The dog bit, my husband and it was a bad bite. I did not want my dogs go to daycare there if That dog was still going there. ( the reasons for my calls) But, She never called me. So the young girl at the desk, knew the dog in which I was speaking about , she said the dog is still in daycare there, but the dog is in a special room by itself, because it is aggressive.. and I told the girl I'm not sure that I want to bring my girls back there because of that dog is there but she assured me the dog would not be where mine is, in common room , still nervous, but after her, giving me her word, I got a package of 30 'Haft days ' for $190. wrote out my check well apparently when I put the date and then I wrote 2022. And the bank would not accept the check so circle called me not once not twice but 3 times wanting me to come rewrite a check, mind you I only used one of my half days (the day I wrote the check) they had called me almost harassing me and I told him I would be in the next week to to write a new check, then I go you guys just mark out the 2 and write a 3 in place. No, she said so I told her I would be in the next week., well, then, one of my friends got Covid, so I had to quarantine,, so when she called again, I next Tuesday I will be out so I told them I would come down and and pay it and she was so insistent what you need to come bad now, so I just got mad and told them just tell me what I owe for that one day so it's $23.50 I owe . So all that harassed but for $23.50 , also another time I took him for an overnight stay I'd just gotten a brand new bed for the dogs to sleep on and apparently there's nobody in there at night to watch the dogs so the dogs pissed all over the bed and they washed it and now all crazy, the stuffing in the large bed is not all bunched up, had to be thrown away and it and that was a brand new bed . I don't know what to say about this place., but I'm finding another place. There are good things, but they are certainly things they need to be considerate about an number one is their customers.! read more

I was up in the Green Bay area for a couple months on work and I brought my basset hound Walter here about once a week and he LOVED it. Every time I pull in to drop him off, he can't PHYSICALLY move fast enough to go in and play with all his friends in the play area. Whenever I would come pick him up at the end of the day, he's exhausted from playing all day and sleeps for hours afterwards, so I know he's free to play all day. The staff is also fantastic and seems to care for each and every dog that comes through. I can't recommend Circle Kennel Club enough to anyone who wants to drop off their dog for a full day of fun. read more

We found this establishment when looking for a groomer for our poodle, one who would be careful around his feet especially. So we have brought all three of our dogs there. Louie a standard poodle. Maggie a Welsh terror and Sophie a miniature schnauzer and are very happy with the results. Molly has done a great job with all, in addition when we go on holiday we leave all three and they are well taken care of. They have been groomed a dozen times approximately and stayed for a total of 5 weeks or so. The owner Ginny and her staff do a great job and with the new facility we are able to catch glimpses on the kennel cam from wherever we travel. read more

If I could give more stars I would! Can not say enough goodness about this place! We arrived to pick Fern up and the staff was genuinely sad to see fern leave, while I on the other hand couldn't wait to have her back home! I paid almost $200 to pick my dog up wet and covered in urine. Their excuse was that he peed in his kennel overnight, he was still soaking wet with pee when I picked him up at 2:30pm. Which means he was in the kennel for at least 18 hours. When I expressed my concern and discontentment with the service I was mocked, and called names. They got in a fight with me over the Facebook review and it resulted in them threatening to sue me for "harassment", and then they took their page down. If you care about your fur babies, do not take them here. read more

Our dog Rocco has been going to doggy daycare at Circle Kennel Club in Ashwaubenon since December 2016. He absolutely loves it there! The staff is caring, considerate, and truly take wonderful care of all of these animals as if they were their own. I love when I can watch him on the camera to see what he is up to. This is a great feature/benefit to knowing that your pet is not only having fun but they are being well looked after. If you are looking for somewhere to take your dog while you are at work or just to spend an afternoon, I would highly recommend this place! read more

This place should be shut down. They don't turn any dogs away, so they are always too full. They don't have enough staff to watch all of the dogs, because there are more rooms than there are people working. We were using this kennel for daycare for my parent's golden retriever puppy, and he was bitten on his face. His eye swelled up and we had to take him to the vet. Nobody at this kennel saw what happened, and they didn't call us until the end of the day to tell us what happened, because they said they didn't know which dog he was since there are three there with the same name. He also got kennel cough while there, and now we discovered he also caught papillomas which is highly contagious, so we can't start sending him to a new daycare until he gets better, which may take 1-5 months. read more

I left my dog with circle kennel while I was in the process of moving. Cosmo came back to me not only with exposed ribs and a back bones after being cleared by the vet the same exact day I dropped him off but was covered in urine, paws caked in poop, ears bleeding I'm multiple places and skin irritated. His brand new bed was also soaked in urine even though I notified them it was machine washable. Cosmo had a statement from the vet from the same day I dropped him off saying he was properly vaccinated and the correct weight and size for his breed. During the stay, Cosmo also suffered an accidental injury to his paw. He is a rough player so I was not upset, however I received no contact or notification of this. Instead I found out because i reached out to an employee on SNAPCHAT to ask how he was. I was told her there was a mix up in paperwork over the injury and while it happens, I still never receive any information about it and should have been contacted once circle kennel knew they had mixed up paperwork. An employee commented that they had notified me but when proven by screenshots that another employee admitted the only contact I had was through a Snapchat message they proceeded to block me, thereof knowing their fault. Further more a Facebook post outreached so many people that the company removed their whole Facebook page. I still have had no contact. I payed over $800 for my dog to be severely abused and mistreated in their "great" care! I took dozens of pictures of his mistreatment and they have still yet to contact me or try to fix things. read more

Recently Circle Kennel Club closed their Facebook page for patron comments and reviews. To me, that in and of itself says a lot about their poor reputation as a business. Instead of actually fixing the issues they have when boarding and caring for furry loved ones, they blame their customers and even bribe them to take down or refrain from posting a review in the first place. Plus, if the way they speak to their customers is any indication of the care they provide, that is heartbreaking. If my pup came home from an establishment like this reeking of urine, sick from who knows what, or without their carefully packed bag so much as opened for the duration of their stay, I would be LIVID. Dogs missing their medications and not being properly cared for is unacceptable! They are already in an unfamiliar place, missing their humans as it is--neglecting their needs on top of that is animal cruelty. Clearly this place is only out to make money and does not care for animals at all. I will NEVER bring my dog here and suggest that anyone considering it look into other options. We were camping in the Green Bay area, went to an event and didn't want to leave the dog alone in the camper. Dropped him off at noon, picked him up at noon the next day. Dog seemed happy, wore out, very content. Caught him a couple times on the video cam, running around with other dogs, wasn't left in a kennel the whole time. No extra cost for playtime! I love this place! Everyone is so warm and friendly, they clearly care about all of the dogs, and are very experienced in handling dogs. I was also impressed with the dog grooming and great suggestions for styling my dog. They recognized that my dog is shy and sensitive, and worked with him to start playing with the other shy dogs. Now when I pick him up at night, he's so tired and happy because he had a fun day - he now runs toward the door so he can see all of his friends in the morning! read more

So after thinking about my situation at the dog kennel, ive decided I need to share this. The short version is this: I kenneled my dogs at Circle Kennel Club, in Green Bay, while i was on vacation. They didnt get anything i sent with them, blankets, beds, toys, chew toys, even medication wasnt give. When i told the owner i was going to give them an awful review, she quickly offered to comp their stay if i didnt reivew. I agreed, however once i counted my little guys pills and found out he didnt recieve his meds, that was the end of that! Money doesnt count for anything when you are dealing with your kids (Yes, my pets are my kids, and they are spoiled rotten) I have my full (long) review posted on Circle Kennel Clubs facebook page if you are interested in reading it. I have been a customer of Circle Kennel for about 7 months. In that time I have seen my puppy go from out of control, super hyper to the dog I wanted. Follows commands and never bites.
