My grandchildren had a birthday party Saturday and although they had a great time, the party room experience was not great. Last year, our attendant was very helpful and helped things flow smoothly. This year, I was not impressed. Our room still had party supplies from someone else's party. We were told that our pizza would arrive at 4pm, we didn't receive it until about 4:30p, then around 4:45-4:50p our room attendant shows up to rush us out the room. I get that our time was up at 5p, but our pizza took forever and if we would've had assistance throughout things might have flowed better to prepare for the next guests(if there was a party)after 5p. read more

The whole place was fun by very friendly and attentive staff. Jennifer really cares about the guests' experience. My twins (3 yrs old) had an absolute blast in both the little and big kid sections. This place is huge and felt very safe. No random holes for your kids to fall through, no wires or ropes to hurt them, etc. there's fun lighting, only one way in and out, and we got so comfortable with it that we ended up just letting them find us near the front after a while, instead of chasing them through every tunnel. Super cool place. Reasonable pricing too. Awesome for a super hot day to dodge the heat but stay active. Highly recommend it. read more

I hesitated coming here because of the bad reviews but after consistent rainy days, I decided to take my 2 y/o here. My kid loved it here, he did not want to leave. We went on Saturday morning and there were so many birthdays going on so the place was packed. Despite this, I didn't felt like it was trashy or dirty. I would definitely try to practice good hygiene (bring hand sanitizer, wash hands before leaving, etc) however I didn't expect the place to be sparkling clean either. I followed my kid every where and we climbed all the jungle gyms. The staff was around picking up trash and deformed balls. Everyone was super polite, guests and staff. My son was younger than most of the kids here but whenever he wanted to play on a certain toy, other moms would ask if we wanted to take turns. Overall great indoor fun for the kids. Went to Catch Air today for my daughter's birthday and she, as well as her guest, had a great time. I did the party package which was convenient because they set up, they provide food, put your gifts and decorations in place (take them from tour car, onto a cart with your party name, and take it to the room), and they clean up. They ask you how you want the space set up, ask about when you want to sing happy birthday, and go over Hood the days schedule will work. All while I spent my time making sure my kid had fun. They gave my daughter a birthday shout out. A random kid find his way into our party room, I told my party coordinator for the day and he got another employee to help get the lost child to his group. For a place with kids rubbing every where, it was surprising clean especially the restroom which I expected to be untidy but that was not the case. They stamped my hand but my daughters hand didn't get stamped which I'm guessing was due to the guy going over some questions and me telling my party guest about the waiver, but when it was time to go they weren't just letting my daughter leave without some verification since I was stamped and see was not. The only reason I'm saying 4 instead of 5, was I hope maybe they can find the staff some help to have two people at least for the food portion because with kids all wanting something and trying to feed the adults, some people were missed but I made sure they were taken care of and it was all good. I just want to show some love for Catch Air right now. Their employees are working so hard and dealing with such a difficult situation. They still have smiles and great attitude. A woman was clearly trying to get away with not wearing a mask (I saw her take it out of her bag and look around and put it back). This place is full of parents and other caregivers! We have eyes in the back of our heads - we see you! A kind employee approached her after I requested and it all went smoothly. So A+ again to the employees here. On a rainy day after being cooped up for months, my kids were so happy to come out and climb and slide and play. It's clean normally, so I have no doubt they are doing everything possible to keep it safe. We all have to weigh our risks and other factors but with safety measures in place Catch Air is worth it for my family. read more

In particular to commend the young man working the door that day (tall with kind of big hair and braces). The woman working the counter failed to give me a stamp - it was a BUSY day and we were there for a birthday party. She didn't stamp my kids or me. When I went to leave, I did not have a stamp...I can see how a young kid with his job could easily be bullied into letting someone leave, but he stopped me and asked me if I had pictures of my kids and could prove they were mine. 3 stars because my toddler got sick after playing here! But it is a fun place. Priced well, large enough and an obstacle course for the parents as they try to chase after their kids. I do wish that you could see through every tube so that you don't start panicking when your 2 year old is out of sight. The dance party idea was nice, they would dim the lights and start a dance party on a lit up dance floor every 30 minutes or so. So the kids would come running from where ever they were to attend. Second, the older kids take over every ride and it made it very hard for our one year old to enjoy anything. Older kids would get on the ride as my son was riding and take over the ride. This place was amazing! I normally go to the one in Suwanee but came to this location for a birthday party and this one totally beats the one in Suwanee. The climbing area are amazing. The ball shooter area was so fun for my 4 year old son. The screen where you throw balls at moving objects was incredibly entertaining for him too. The big slides were great. AND I didn't bring my one year old because the one in Suwanee doesn't really have anything for him to do, but this location. had two large areas for smaller kids too! Dear God and baby Jesus this place is an ADD haven!! I came here on a Saturday to meet my brother, my sister in law and my niece and nephew and it was crazy busy. Upon getting through the check in process at the front door, which was a bit chaotic, when the little kiddie door opened and I was literally shoved inside, I began to get excited. I didn't know where to look first. The mini airplanes swarming on the ceiling above, the oversized jumpy house shaped like an airplane, the 3 story maze with triple slide or the oversized floor area with light up tiles. When I was told parents are free to play, I threw my shoes to the floor in a fit of excitement and immediately ran in to the maze like I was five years old. Sure, I played with my niece and nephew but when it came to the jumpy airplane and the slides that I went down a million times, I was laughing more than they were. We came here for the first time and will definitely be coming back. The sign in process was quick and they have a way to ID kids with their parent which is always a good thing. Also - for the adults, you can actually stand up in the jungle gyms - not much crawling on your knees :-) My 4 year old loooooves the number of slides. You literally catch air coming down one of them. Our little one (almost 2) enjoyed the little kids area too - we didn't have to worry about other preschoolers running her over yet she could venture out to the big kids area. There are 3 ball pits of which one consisted of kids size exercise balls. Every 10-15 minutes or so there was a birthday dance party for which the entire place turns into a kids night club - louder music, disco ball, laser lights, bubbles from the ceiling, and the step sensor lit dance floor. They even have a little concession stand that sold snacks at a... Can you believe this - reasonable price! We got a pack of gold fish and a full sized candy for $3. It was worth it to say to the kids that snacks was the last thing before we go. We've been to several indoor playgrounds like this and by far this was one of the cleanest. I would have rated it a 5 had the sound system been a little better - during these dance parties, certain songs were distorted and didn't sound very good. Also the entry area gets quite cramped with the number of people trying to get in and out. We have a birthday party coming up and we are excited to see how that goes for us! read more

We come here quite often. Until now we've had a pretty good experience each time. We try to come on weekdays when it's less crowded. However because of today we may not be back for awhile. I have never seen this place so dirty. Usually I see employees walking around with swiffers and mini vacs. Today there was dirt, candy rappers, GUM stuck to the mats, clumps of hair, it was disgusting. Aside from that usually the parents are pretty good at watching their kids but my one year old kept getting pushed and cut off by older children--kids who were in their TEENS! They were even in the toddler/baby areas which I've seen employees say things in the past to kids who were in there playing rough or who were too big. Today was not the case. While smaller children can go there I would caution especially on the weekend when it is super crowded. Obviously like most parents I did not read the waiver but I will tell you that clearly it must release them from all liability because there was little to no supervision on the floor. Adults were all in the children's area and I even saw some adults fall or push on other kids and did not even apologize.However the pros outweigh the cons there are lots of different areas and lots to do for the children to play and to wear themselves out. Their birthday parties are very cool and different I saw the Mickey Mouse character and a bunny character and they were playing great music such as the wobble to the parties LOL so I was was feeling like I wanted to have my birthday party there! However they we need to get Liquor there for me he. A great cheap place to take your children or any children and let them play and wear themselves out for hours. It worked I got to sleep at night very well! You must have socks to use the play area for the children as well as the adults. Reporting live from the ground at Catch Air, 3:27 on a Saturday afternoon. I would call this place hellish if I didn't believe that I am, in fact, in hell. Massively overcrowded would be an understatement. There's a sign at the check in desk that states they charge 3.99 extra per parent accompanying child in an effort to thwart the crowds: an effort clearly made in vain. There is an attendant walking around whose sole duty appears to be Lysoling potty accidents and puke. I digress. Seriously though, I should've looked more into what this place was before agreeing to accompany my boyfriend and his five year old... The na me is deceiving. There are no trampolines or bouncy houses. It reminds me of Discovery Zone from my childhood but 1000% more chaotic. Granted, maybe we came on a bad day. These kids look like they've had one pixie stick too many. I do have to say that I'm entirely grossed out... I'm not sure if Lysol lady can entirely eliminate the ringworm/lice risk factor. Final verdict: probably fun for children younger than 10 but entirely not worth suffering for with all of the options in this area. read more

Our group only consisted of the 4 year old, his mother, and grandmother. His grandmother surprised him with a present and an astronaut ballon. We were told in order to bring in a gift bag and balloon, we needed to purchase a party package for our one child for $200. We had no other children joining us, no cake, no birthday singing, nothing. Just us 3. It was not a party. It was simply a bagged gift for my son. Keep in mind the place was dead anyways being that we came at 10am on a Wednesday. I understand following policy, however... seems like a very petty policy. I could understand if we brought friends or a cake or anything resembling we were going to have a party, but we didn't. I recently threw my girls birthday party . I was super excited to have 2 hour party with our family and friends from out of town during the holiday season only to be greatly disappointed by the lack of organizations on the employees part. They never emailed me prior to the party like they had promised (I still checked because they stated they did) also they did not contact me prior to the party to discuss food and beverage (again they stated they did and it was a disconnected number, yet they had 2 numbers in file and no one was contacted) i also called the day before several times left 2 voicemails and no return call. Also the lack of time spent in the party room. I paid for 2 hours of party which included play time + time in a party room for pizza cake and presents . Unfortunately the pizza was late (understandable not their fault) and when I asked the host about what time we should go in the room she stated 12:45-2pm we didn't end up getting in the room until 1:30 and only had 30 mins to eat lunch , cake , & presents with little ones it was not enough time. When I asked for more time they said no because they had other guests . So they evacuated us into the play room to share our opening presents time with everyone. our family couldn't even watch because the place was super crowded it was very disappointing. When I addressed the issue, all the host kept asking for is the payment and stated that I was only promised 45 mins in the room and we'll I only had 30 mins. Very rude customer service.
