This was a perfect place for the wedding - it was beautifully decorated and was intentionally designed with backgrounds that were perfect for pictures resulting in long-lasting memories. Our room was very quaint and large and the beds were very comfortable! And anytime we needed anything during our stay, the staff got back to us immediately and were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the Stanley House Inn for any formal occasions or just a weekend getaway because it's right in the Marietta Square which is full of great restaurants, shopping or entertainment!

There's a hodgepodge of free and paid parking nearby with the most convenient being the paid lot at 88 Waverly Wy (across the street). On a recent visit, we parked for free on Powder Springs St SW. Glover Park Brewery opened on September 6, 2018 and is Marietta Square's first brewery. Glover Park is the name of the actual Marietta Square park. The brewery is actually located two blocks south of the square. A co-founder of SweetWater Brewing helped get Glover Park Brewery started.

The meat was chewy rather than tender and made us wonder "what's so special about this place" where parking availability is also a challenge!? So you would think dessert would be hard to mess up, but our cheesecake was nothing special at all. We've had better tasting Sara Lee cheesecake from the supermarket; definitely below expectation. We'll consider giving it another try, but at their prices there are so many other tried and true steakhouse we much prefer.
