After years of watching my daughter train, I was approached by Grand Master Kim about joining.  It was something I always wanted to do but was concerned I would not be able to keep up the pace with the much younger students.  However, Grand Master Kim assured me I would be fine. From the beginning Master Charles dedicated lots of  personal attention to ensure I was comfortable with the curriculum.  Before long I had noticeable improvements in strength and flexibility.   Today, I am stronger, more flexible, and healthier than I was in my early 20's.  I even participate in the sparring classes and compete in tournaments; something I thought I was too old to do. Above all other positive experiences I have had here, the bond my daughter and I have formed training together is something words cannot express.  I am forever grateful to Grand Master Kim, Master Charles, and my fellow students.
