I bought a car from Pinewood Autos. I discovered that it had no key the for locking wheel nuts so…read moreit couldn't be used. When I took it back it took them 5 hours to replace them. The owner was really unpleasant and very offensive and threatened to charge me for the new nuts and labour costs. They couldn't seem to understand why I was angry about it. Avoid this company like the plague. I give the NIL Points.

Recently popped down to get a minor matter on the car seen to. A Yaris car was in the showroom so I…read morelooked over it and was surprised by the specification. I asked if it was for sale, however they referred me to Shaw's Corner Redhill where their used car showroom and sales were based. So I trolled along, parking in the rear car park. A Yaris was in that showroom ,an Hybrid so it was called. I negotiated a good price for the part exchange, and the necessary forms and deposit was arranged. A short trip around the block was arranged, and the car would be ready within a few days, all that was needed was to notify the insurance company . The car had free MOT and road Tax apparently, that was a bonus. Very grateful to Frank whom very efficiently went through all the paper work required, leaving only one thing to arrange ,the personal insurance and notification to arrange.
